The door lock did not work until the clerk had to come and pour hot water on the lock to "warm" it up, then it didn't work until about after the third try, the shower had no hot water, there was no toilet paper or towels, when we asked the for them, they didn't have anything clean but some hand clothes. When the neighboring rooms flushed their toilets, the walls would vibrate because of air trapped in the pipes and we had to go into the shower and turn it on to allow the air to escape.

The room was dirty. I took the dirty towel to front desk and they said I would need to talk to cleaning lady. Room smelled like cigarette and they didn’t want to do anything other than ask me to talk to cleaning person.

The staff was very nice and helpful, and explained theyre under new management and in the process of cleaning up the place and exsterminating. The area was fine restaraunts and shopping close by, some shady people around but didnt feel unsafe. My only real issue is the ROACHES! They were everywhere like 3 different breeds everywhere you looked, im just glad none got on my bed. Other than that good place for the price.

Did not get to stay. Got there and told they had sold out. Don’t really understand how they can sell out when I paid for my stay already. So after a 10 hour drive we had to go find another place to stay. This trip was booked by Expedia through hotels.com. I asked Expedia staff member To help find us a similar place to stay and got silence.

I had a reservation but my Motorcycle broke down and I couldn't get to the motel until a little after one am. The clerk was asleep and I woke her up by banging on the locked door. She told me their computers were undergoing a maintenance at that time and I should call Expedia so I wouldn't get charge. I walked with my Bags and helmet a half a mile to The Blue Hotel and they checked me in.

Room was filthy and roach infested. Crap on the floor, food crumbs on cooktop and roaches everywhere. Thankfully we looked at room before bringing in any personal items. Left immediately. Would really like a refund. Was told they had elevator to second floor for 95 y/o mother, but it was broken. Worst place I have ever seen. Needed a place with air conditioning for mom due to storm knocking out power in 110 degree heat.

Horrible. I booked my stay thinking it is located at the Woodlands. Upon checked in, the guy at the counter was nice. however when we arrived at our room, the tv was not working, microwave was also not working. I called the front desk and informed the guy to make sure that we don't get billed for any incidental fees. Not only was the Tv not working it has a BIG cracked. The guy at the front desk said 'there is nothing I can do." He was apologetic but became sarcastic at the end. I booked 2 Queens size beds because there was 4 people in our party, he gave us 2 full size beds. We ended up putting the 2 full size beds together. Again, he said there's nothing I can do because in his system it is assigned as 2 Queen beds. I gave up I was too tired to argue. I just hope and pray that they don't charged us for any incidental fee. Upon checking out the following morning, the guy at the front desk said 'are you checking out? Just drop the key." He didnt bother asking my rooom number. So I told him we are checking out, our room no is XXX. ANd he handed me a paper he said just right your room no. and end of the story, He did not even bother asking how was your stay or offered to give us our receipt. END of the story I was rushing to get out of that place.

This place was a complete nightmare. It smells like fugus infected feet and fish. Front desk claimed that there were no more rooms. I don't know how that's possible in a pure dump like this. There was no accommodations for cooking as advertised. The supposed two eyed stove top only had One Eye..the microwave appeared stolen as the vacant space it once filled left to tell the story. No refrigerator, also advertised on the website and NO INTERNET NOR TV PERIOD. ALSO ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE...

Got checked into the room i wanted and it wasnt cleaned. I got checked into another room and the receptionist didnt remember that he switched my room so he kept checking in several guests into my room. Then the maid came into my room while i was in bed undressed with out knocking. By the time i feel asleep from suffering from sleep deprivation, the maintenance came banging on the door, only to learn that they still have my room as checked out from the last guest. This was an repeated issue until 2pm Sunday, (in which i checked in on friday.)
