The service from the staff was outstanding. They were very accomodating. In particular, Stefania was very helpfull and ready to help with a big smile. She made the difference in our stay.

The property and the staff were exceptional. Great location in central London. Good food available at the property and some great cafe’s nearby. There are not, however a lot of dinner or dining options near the hotel.

Stayed in two joining rooms with our two kids. Hotel is very modern, clean, and quiet with good service. We would definitely stay there again. The rooms are indeed a bit on the smaller side- in particular the shower and bathroom. But if you enjoy updated, contemporary rooms with great ambience - the pros outweigh the cons.

Nice hotel.Convenient for many close tourist locations. Hotel rooms are nicely done and modern. Bathroom was very dark either they could have provided more light or made the tiles white rather than black. The rooms have been renovated recently and are nice. Not very close to public transport.

ロンドン旅行で5日間宿泊しました。 部屋は少し狭いですが清潔感もあり日中は観光で外に出るので問題ありません。 シャワーの温度変更に時間がかかるのが難点なのと、バスタブが無くシャワールームから洗面所の方に水が漏れてきます。 部屋にはケトルの備え付け等もあるので日本から軽食を持って行く際は使えます。 一度チェックアウト日を間違えられ、ビックリしましたがまぁ海外クオリティです。 ビッグベン、ウエストミンスター寺院は徒歩圏内でそれ以外はバスが便利です。静かな地域で一階にはスタバがあるのでそれも便利でした。 良いロンドンの思い出になりました。

We had included breakfast , most was bad basically you had to fend for anything to eat. All of the pastries and most of the breads were gone. Nobody was filling anything up. There was 20 people in line to have omelettes made. This was your only choice because there was no eggs in the pan where you serve yourself, nor mushrooms, nor tomatoes. Basically, the self serve was empty and not filled up.

This hotel is beautiful and has everything you need. We came to London for a funeral and did not expect to have any enjoyment at all but Daniel was the superstar of our trip. He took time to chat with us and give recommendations and even brought some goodies to our room before we departed. We are so appreciative of his kindness and ability to make a sad trip into a happy one. We will be back to this hotel anytime we visit based on the hospitality alone.

This area is the perfect quiet space yet footsteps away is busy London. We walked everywhere and the metro is nearby for convenience as well. The hotel itself is stunning, unique. Loved having cafe and dining inside. We felt safe and taken care of. Would recommend to anyone and everyone staying and or wanting to explore London.

Well appointed hotel but some problems: Shower hose had a hole in it. The upper shower head holder was loose and wouldn’t hold the head in position. The lighting in shower and also toilet was very dim and walking out of the shower onto laminate flooring which happens to be the main thoroughfare in the room made everything very slippy. No mat in the shower itself and if you have any mobility problems moving about was difficult. Fan in the toilet didn’t work. The light on the makeup mirror didn’t work. The tea tray was not replenished on the second day. There were two pieces of broken glass on the floor in the bathroom.

Walkable to Westminster for Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and similar distance to underground tubes in opposite direction. A good 15 to 20 minute walk.

Loved our stay here while in London. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, staff was very helpful & very conveniently close to the main attractions. They also had a decent breakfast buffet available. Definitely recommend!

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und sehr staubig. Die Einrichtung ist modern. Man merkt, dass die neu renoviert haben. Die Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war in 5-10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Très bel hôtel situé à deux pas du parlement et de Big Ben. À 10 m à pieds de la station Pimlico. Un café est ouvert tous les jours de la semaine dans le lobby, très appréciable pour un petit déjeuner sur le pouce. Chambre très propre et assez vaste. Literie de grande qualité. Une adresse de qualité.

The hotel is very nice, rooms were modern and comfortable (although it should be noticed that the bathroom has an unusual arrangement, but it works). Everything was very well kept and very clean, the staff was super friendly, and breakfast was superb, especially the guy who makes the omelettes. He deserves a special praise. The only thing that needs to be said is that the hotel is not located in the most commercially dense area. The subway is a 10-15 minutes walk away, and there aren’t many restaurants in the area. But it is quite close to the Westminster Abbey, and in a very nice neighborhood. Also there are several buses a few meters away, so it was not really a problem. I would go definitely choose it again.

Eccellente
Hotel moderno ed estremamente pulito, staff cortese e disponibile. La struttura è a 10 minuti o meno da Big Ben e altre attrazioni di Londra. Presente un bar interno dove poter fare colazione e prendere snacks. Unica problematica, la camera al secondo piano affacciava sul cortile interno e di notte c'era un fastidioso rumore di sottofondo. Per il resto struttura estremamente consigliata.

Overall good, but do not expect 4 stars hotel service at this hotel. The room was not so clean when I checked in, few candy wraps left on the floor. The lock on the door was broken. I was especially disappointed when i saw a stain on my bed sheets, at a very noticable place. There is bo way a cleaning stuff did not notice the stain and I cannot believe they left it like that. Location was good, although the closest underground is 15min walk. There are buses around the hotel though. Would not stay here again for its price.

Great staff & good location - Toilet like a coffin
Long queue for check-in when we arrived, within moments extra staff appeared and cleared the queue very quickly. Room well presented and comfortable. If you suffer with claustrophobia I wouldn't opt for this hotel - the toilet and shower were fully enclosed, with black tiles, floor and door. They were very dark and my mum had to leave the toilet door ajar to use it! Lobby area was beautifully decorated for Christmas as the concierge we spoke to on Christmas Eve was lovely, took our picture with their display and genuinely seemed happy to be there and helping us! Breakfast was very well organised. The girl who seated us was very pleasant and explained where everything was. Food well stocked and varied items available. Enjoyed the omelette station, although not so much the abundance of pepper within the egg mix itself!! Good location for where we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
