The staff was super helpful, almost everyone spoke English, and I never felt like a burden when making a request of the front desk. The rooms were clean, and the included breakfast had a wide variety and tasty things, both sweet and savory, friendly to kid and adult palettes.
We stayed with 6 in the same room, and things were definitely cramped, but the savings compared to other places was well worth it to us.
Breakfast during the weekend was crowded enough that there was a wait to be seated, so I recommend coming at the beginning of your chosen breakfast block time (either 7-8 or 8:30-9:30).
It was only an 11 min walk from Hamamatsucho station, with a grocery story and coin-op laundry around the corner, and a pharmacy and many cafes within 10 min. Would stay again. Definitely recommend to others.
