จองห้อง Deluxe Ocean View ไปแต่ได้ห้องริมเลข 1520 วิวโอเคร แต่โดนต้นมะพร้าวบังวิวทะเล โดยรวมประทับใจครับ ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมริมทะเล รสชาตอร่อย ราคาไม่แพง บาบีคิวไม้ละ 100++ รสชาตอร่อย ไม้ใหญ่มาก แนะนำให้ลองทานอาหารริมทะเลด้วยครับ ชมวิวพระอาทิต์ตก

จองห้องพักไว้เป็นห้องดีลักซ์ซีวิว 2 คืน และจอเป็นห้องชั้นล่าง เพราะคุณแม่เดินขึ้นบันไดลำบาก และเข้าเช็คอินประมาณ 5 โมงเย็น พนักงานต้อนรับดีปกติทุกอย่าง แต่พอมาถึงห้องพัก สภาพห้องคือเหมือนทำห้องแบบรีบๆ ทรายเต็มพื้น กระจกประตูระเบียงและจะจกในห้องนอนเป็นรอยคราบเยอะมาก เหมือนไม่ได้เช็ด ม่านบังแดดสีขาวและหมอนอิงขึ้นราเยอะมาก เพดานใกล้ๆช่องแอร์ก็เป็นคราบราดำ (ห้อง 1510) แต่อีก 2 ห้องที่จองผ่าน accor staff สะอาดมาก ดีทุกอย่าง ทั้งๆที่เป็นห้องธรรมดาไม่ได้มีวิวทะเล เลยโทรแจ้งพนักงาน เพื่อขอเปลี่ยนห้อง และให้เรารอสายเพื่อขอเช็คห้องว่างก่อน เรารอนานมากจึงได้โทรกลับไป และพนักงานแจ้งว่าห้องเต็ม เหลือแต่ห้องสแตนดาร์ด เราจึงบอกว่างั้นถ้าเป็นชั้น2 มีว่างมั๊ย แต่คำตอบที่ได้คือไม่มีเลย เราเลยลงมาขอคุยกับผู้จัดการ แต่คำพูดและกิริยาแย่มาก ไม่มีการเก็บอารมณ์ พูดประมาณว่าเราไม่ใช่ลูกค้า เราก็เลยถามว่ามีห้องว่างหรือทำอะไรได้บ้างมั๊ย เพราะห้องเดิมมันแย่มากจริงๆ ผู้จัดการก็บอกว่ามีห้องชั้น2ว่าง เราก็งง เพราะตอนแรกบอกว่าไม่มีว่างเลย และแสดงกิริยาว่าไม่มีใครพูดว่าห้องเต็ม พูดเหมือนเราโกหก ทั้งๆที่ตอนโทรไปตอนแรก มีพนักงานพูดแบบนั้นจริงๆ เรารู้สึกแย่มาก เพราะเป็นการพาพ่อแม่มาเที่ยวเกาะช้างครั้งแรก อยากให้พักที่ดีๆห้องดีๆ แต่กลับเจอเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ โดยรวมแล้วทุกอย่างโอเคหมด ถ้าผู้จัดการคนนั้นพูดจาดีๆ แสดงความกระตือรือร้นในการแก้ปัญหาให้ ห้องใหม่ที่ย้ายไปสะอาดมากต่างจากห้องเดิมมากๆ

Friendly and clean

Nice and clean resort, Staff was great and very friendly. Spacious room, Hot water not working well, off and on when in the shower. Safe in room but not secured or bolted down, Anyone could pick it up and carry it off. Very high prices for food and drink for families and have to go on the street to find reasonable prices. 80 Baht for Coke and 150 for a Beer

ห้องพักและสระว่ายน้ำสวยมาก

พนักงานตอนรับยิ้มแย้มดีมาก ถึงจะมีเชคอินพร้อมกันหลายคน มีล่าช้าบ้าง แต่พนักงานยิ้มแย้มดี ให้อภัยได้ และที่สำคัญจองห้องเล็กไว้ 5 ห้อง เต็มเลยอัพเกรดให้เป็นพูลวิลล่า มันฟิลมาก สระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว คุ้มเกิ๊น.. ข้อที่ติดใจนิดนึงคือซื้อบุฟเฟ่โรงแรมมื้อเย็น ไปทุ่มนึงอาหารน้อยมาก เชฟที่ให้บริการไม่อยู่ไม่รู้จะสั่งใคร และราคาบุฟเฟ่ไม่รวมน้ำ ต้องจ่ายค่าน้ำเพิ่มเลยงงเล็กน้อย เพราะปกติบุฟเฟ่ต้องรวมหมดไม่ใช่หรอค่ะ

ห้องพักสะอาด สะดวก บริเวณโดยรอบและสระว่ายน้ำเยี่ยม

Truly hideaway hotel

We stayed May 6, just a day after Thai weekend holidays. The hotel was nice, located in beautiful and peaceful location of Koh Chang. Not many of activities to do nearby. Chilling by the pool or having the gorgeous view by the beach is lovely enough. But, we were disappointed by the frontdesk staff at time we arrived to checkin. We arrived at about 7PM and were ignored. We even had to ask her to check us in. Only several guests stayed on the day, I believe plenty of rooms are not occupied, but I also didn't get any room upgrade, last checkout advantage of being Accor Le Club member and presenting the card. The room was pretty and comfortable. Greeted by the manager who was setting up our room. Look like he is the only westerner and the most polite staff of that night.

Still OK but come into the years, Not full 4*

It is obvious that the Hotel came into the years. A pitty because it has potential to shine again. Needed restauration or changes are not done in time or at all, staff is enough running arround but a bit headless, training for service needed. Is Not enough to have a Lot of Trainees there If Nobody Show them how to serve and clean correct and keep overview of their Job. I stayed in the Villa with private Pool. Since 10 years, aß i stayed first time, no changes, still the same old death tree in the pot 😂. I didnt had breakfast, Lunch or Dinner booked aß i enjoy more all the good Restaurants arround. Renting of motobike very conveniant at the entry of parking place and Hotel, with reasonable prices. Since i have been over new year, the Dinner Buffet was already included in the price of the stay. The beach was nice but after 25 Meter in the water full of rocks, sunbeds are old and used.

Good location, excellent if wanting to have a quiet break. Villa pool room nice and well maintained, could do with larger TV and better light controls. Clearly this property is still recovering from the COVID shut downs, does need better care of hedges, etc. which make the public areas behind the lobby look unkept. Limited dining choices at resort and outside, this is a property best visited if you have transport or rent a motorcycle.

Luxury Stay on A Beautiful Beach

The Villa came with a private pool and jacuzzi. Big and spacious room, clean and cozy. Staff were very friendly, the cafe by the beach was great and since it was low season, the beach was peaceful, quiet and clean.

Pros- Travelling with young children I loved that I could sit in the shade near the beach cafe whilst they could play in the sand also in the shade. This was my absolute favourite thing. The pool near the beach was decent and a good temperature. The beach was protected and private and was good for digging and paddling. Breakfast buffet was very good and there was a good amount of seating and choices of food. Our room was a good size and light and airy. The hotel were very helpful when I had a problem with my car. Cons- the shower temperature was temperamental and often cold, our water went off once totally and the toilet broke on another occasion. This was sorted quickly by the resort. The pool with pool access rooms was very cloudy and green, it seemed to have improved by the end of the week but we didn’t use this. Overall I would definitely stay again, the staff at the resort were lovely and helpful, the beach and pool and setting were idyllic. My children loved it and didn’t want to leave!

Magnifique chambre, propre et très bien aménagée au 1er et dernier étage, face a la plage et a la mer ! Vue latérale sur piscine ! Belle salle de bains et superbe terrasse ! Excellente restauration ! Beds and ac works well, the towels are frayed , the showers need a good cleaning, we had a 4 poster bed but the tv was in middle of a poster , the chairs at the pool and in the room are very uncomfortable, the grounds are not very well maintained, breakfast buffet is good but get there early they don’t replace anything,
