What a wonderful place. Great location. Clean, comfortable, charming rooms. A great change from your cookie-cutter chain hotel. From the moment I buzzed in, knew I'd made the right choice. I was given keys to the front door and my charming little single room. A basket of fresh pastry hung outside my door each morning. Well-stocked coffee station and fridge. Short 15 min walk to Colosseum, metro and bus stops. A few things to keep in mind. As converted condos, the rooms are close, with little sound-proofing. There is a tiny elevator, but may have to take steps. There was also a strong cleaner smell, so if you're sensitive may be an issue (room immaculately clean).

We had a fantastic stay in the 2 bed apartment. This worked really well for us with 3 children aged 6, 9 & 12. The staff were very helpful and changed the beds so we had 3 single beds for them. The apartment is clean and tidy. The location is perfect only 5 minutes walk from Termini train station and all site seeing within a 30 minute walk.

El hotel queda en un edificio de apartamentos, con poca señalización y en una zona fea. Dice que cuenta con desayuno incluido y solo te dejan una canasta con pan afuera de tu habitación. El precio muy caro para lo que ofrece. Por dentro el cuarto limpio pero lo demas deja mucho que desear y se sintio como una estafa.

This is a great location. We walked to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona. Roma Termini is very close to the hotel. Just down the street at 2 min walk is a cluster of places to eat. Nice clean room to make your base as you explore the city. Hotel staff is very friendly. We used Uber to call a local cab to go to the Vatican Museums but one could use the metro quite easily. Hotel is on via Urbana which is off via Cavour, the main street. We felt quite safe walking around.

Staff at the property were very helpful and so kind. The room was quaint and cozy. The only improvement I would recommend would be to strengthen the internet connection.

We had a room with private terrace area which was really nice as the room itself is very basic. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of snacks and water available in the room which was appreciated. The location is 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 20 minutes from the coliseum, Trevi fountain and about 55 minutes from the Vatican so easy to get around. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of an unassuming but once grander appartment building which makes it feel less like a hotel (no entrance directly off the street etcnand you would walk right by without noticing if you didn't know) but it made it feel different and there were always staff available if we needed. Breakfast is delivered to the room in the morning - bread rolls, pastries and yoghurt. The area felt safe and less touristy than some other areas we walked through.

My sisters and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. We had an apartment and it was perfect. Different from online pics but not in a bad way. It seemed newly updated and modern. We had everything from a stove, microwave, and fridge. Our favorite part was opening the window/doors to enjoy the breeze day and night. We were able to walk across the street to get necessities from a grocery store located 2 minutes away. Lotsa shops and restaurants were close by. They provided fresh bakery croissants and bread delivered daily along with espresso, coffee, and teas. They provided juices, yogurts, drinks, and bottled water daily along with housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant staff, we arrived early to drop our bags, but the room was ready and we got checked in, which was very nice of them. A good location, very convenient. Room was not large but everything was in excellent condition. Breakfast basket and snacks/soft drinks in the fridge on arrival is a nice touch.

Nice rooms with one of the best benefits is getting freshly cooked pastries in a little basket outside your room every morning. Snacks and minibar were complimentary which was appreciated. Location is close to a few things but is a bit of a walk to get to some things like the Vatican. Staff was friendly and helpful in pointing out some things in the area. Overall, very nice.

What a great stay before our cruise. The reception gentleman was so helpful from lending us an adaptor to writing out the train schedule to the cruise ship. The bread basket daily for breakfast and the stocked minibar were great touches. Felt very safe with all the keys to get in. Great location with grocery right across the street. Nothing bad to say about this place. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Only downside was I was hoping we would have a kitchenette but was told that it wasnt available. I booked a 1 bedroom suite but did not have the amenities I was hoping for. Regardless of that, our room was spacious and Simeone was very helpful during the checkin process

Serviced rooms in a quiet historical building within walking distance of the main Termini train station. Useful small grocery opposite, with plenty of eating options nearby. Rooms are well appointed and serviced daily, replacing items for breakfast to have alongside the bread rolls and croissants that are fresh each morning. Nice to have breakfast in the room sat at a table.

Great hotel in central Rome
Great location, within walking distance of the Colosseum. Plenty of nice restaurants close by. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to our room each day and was really delicious! Highly recommend for a stay in Rome

The property was good! Room and bathroom were very comfortable and the staff is pretty amazing! Excellent location near to Roma Termini and Colosseum. My only concern was the very small elevator, since we were two persons with two medium suitcases and two backpacks.

La posizione è ottima, a meno di dieci minuti a piedi da Termini e in una strada tranquilla di un quartiere piacevole. La persona che mi ha accolto è stata molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Informazioni complete. La camera (singola) non è grande (nemmeno il bagno, ma la doccia sì), ma ha quello che serve, è ben organizzata, molto pulita e curata. Wifi veloce, macchina del caffè e bollitore presenti. Ottima esperienza, non potevo chiedere di meglio.

Solo traveller, I stayed in a single room, it had everything I needed fo my stay. It was cleaned everyday. Great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is pastry and bread left outside of your door in the morning . There is a fridge with yoghurt and juice and butter which is replaced everyday. It's in an ideal location for all of Rome's famous attractions and and transport links. It is typical Italian style accommodation. I had a great stay here and would definitely return.

Great little b&b, within walking of most things or the metro to the rest. Nice people at the desk who can help with questions. Car service to the airport (cash only, fyi) can be arranged through them. They also have a helpful list of local restaurants (non-touristy).

Hotel is in the city center and it’s very walkable for dining, shopping, and some tourist locations. Staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. They will call you a taxi whenever needed. Airline lost my luggage and staff were very helpful in assisting in getting it reconnected with me before I left for my next phase of my trip. Breakfast was typical European with a selection of pastries, some yogurt, and tea and coffee. Pastries were freshly food delivered to your door each morning. Shower was a very nice size and there was a small refrigerator in the room. The beds were comfortable. The building exterior doesn’t look like much, but it has a small lift inside that you can use to get to and from the hotel office and rooms. I used the stairs a couple of times, but preferred the lift. I would definitely stay here again. And probably will this coming fall.
