Dont believe in pictures!!
It was looking good from the pictures, but when i visit there, full off ants and room doesnt even look similar to what are on pictures.

experience is so bad is not close from city center, approx 10 km, Hotel Showing the photo is different and actual room condition is different. electronic tea cattle, tea coffee & even tow they are not provide a glass in room, no free water, bathroom is so small overall experience is bad, not recommended...

I booked a room and paid a rate of £10.35. I paid up front using my card. The following day I was told that the comm I was staying in was at a higher rate and that I was only moved there because no other rooms were available the night I checked in. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures its really grubby and quite dirty. Was not impressed.

I was given the worst room in the place. The toilet was cracked, the sink drain spilled onto the floor. The bed sheets was filthy when I arrived and I had to ask for a new sheet, a towel, and soap. Mosquitoes in the lobby. WiFi off and on, mostly off. Women hung out in the lobby waiting for men for the evening. A Large rat lived in the area around the rubbish bins.

Worst night in Thailand Booked for three nights but checked out the next day There is not elevator! The photos on booking page were not even close to the real room The smell of sewage system is coming out of the AC The bed and towels are not even cleaned probably The lock is broken so you don't also get safety I don't know if I can requested a refund but I feel tricked by the photos of the room

Worst hotel I have ever been too
If I could give this hotel a zero I would. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. First the rooms look nothing like they do in the pictures i get that you get what you pay for but I have paid less and have stayed in nicer places then this. Dirty but decent enough
I stayed in a single room— the size was bigger than I expected but oh boy was it dirty there especially the bathroom. Not complaints though as it was cheap. But honestly if you like clean places this hotel ain’t for you.

Disgusting
I was thankful this hotel was only for a night. For the price I didnt expect luxury, I dont think cleanliness is too much to ask for. The room was DISGUSTING. There were stains all over the sheets, no proper blanket, the hotel didn't even provide us with a towel. The bathroom was mouldy, there were cracks all over the room and bugs on the bed. Staff wasnt rude but wouldnt show us to our room. If you want to stay on Khao San Road there are far cleaner hotels for the same price.

I had very bad experience staying in this hotel, once I enter in lobby it was smelling like bad washroom, room was very small, bed was so bad, old mattress which was soft, broken walls, small and smelly washroom and noisy. Other hotels I stayed were good..but this hotel made me sad..

Room was a single, very budget the bathroom was tiny but luckily it didnt spray the toilet which it overlooked due to lack of water pressure. Air con works although not really cold. You can book an airport pickup 30 yrds away at the end of the street for 130,baht be aware they are late. I left the hotel at 6am ..reception staff were helpful and spoke or understood english if you speak politely and at a normal pace

Staying in this hotel made my stay in Bangkok nightmare. I've been staying in many budget places but this is the worst. Room is old, filthy and dirty. I could understand that its a budget room so no soundproofing which is essential in loud neighborhood. That also includes the wifi scam. When I booked the description mentions about free wifi eventually when I came, they strikethrough the FREE and left the WIFI, which means no more free wifi. I will not come back here again.

This was a low budget, low accommodations hotel. You get what you paid for: tiny room, big enough to fit the bed, air-condition unit and a bathroom. The location is convenient to many Bangkok's sightseeing attractions. It's right on the busy night-time "live" street, but surprisingly it was not noisy at night. The bathroom amenities are worn out, includes loose ceramic tiles on walls, broken window treatments, etc. Don't rent it out if you expect cleanliness.

Very bad rooms with the broken power board then I changed the room. That room not only had the broken power board but also the hole on the wall. The basin falled out water when I used it for cleaning tooth n face. The hotel is great for location only.

BED BUGS
This place is a dump, it's really not that cheap & I don't understand why it has so many guests! The staff are all rude & really unhelpful. The reception smells like cats, the tables in the common room are disgusting & the whole place needs a hose down. My first room was fine until I found BEDBUGS. I've experienced them before in a previous trip so know what the bites look like, plus I saw 3 on my pillow. I got a new room and they did all my laundry but it was like pulling teeth! It's very noisy but with ear plugs it's okay. There are much better, cheaper, cleaner, friendlier options in Bangkok! DO NOT STAY HERE.

Basic but clean!
We stayed at Sawasdee Inn for 4 nights, it is in a great location, just off Khaosan Road but not right on the street so you don't get the noise from outside. The room was very basic, it wasn't anything near luxury but it was clean (which was the main thing!) the shower worked fine with nice hot water. There wasn't much point having a window as it overlooked a walkway so we didn't ever open the curtain as people would be able to see in! The room had a fridge, aircon and TV. The room was very small so difficult to move around with your luggage on the floor but we managed and it was fine to stay for a few nights whilst we explored Bangkok :). We had breakfast which was a buffet, the pancakes were lovely! The only thing that really annoyed us was that you had to pay for wifi in your room, most hotels offer this free!

Ultimate backpacker on a budget accommodation
The room was tiny, smelled bad, couldn't open the door more than halfway. No possibility to adjust the a/c so it was freezing cold. The bathroom door could also not be closed, so the room was half lit during the night from the hallway window to the bathroom. There was no towel, had to ask for one in the reception.

fun location for young eco.backpackers but ....
This was the most disappointing hotel I have yet encountered in Thailand (I have made 17 trips to Thailand). The room size was REALLY small, no space for simple chair, bed was"Lumpy" and needed replacement, window curtains pulled out of wall mount and left hanging, and the cleaning service was non existent and the room AC was only marginal at best..I had to ask 3x for simple towel. The desk staff were reasonable and they alone kept this report from being totally negative. WiFi only "free" in lobby and poor space allocation for any desk-type use. I would recommend any other budget hotel over this one.
