เรียน คุณอัจฉราภรณ์ ผมและพนักงานทุกคนต้องขอขอบคุณอย่างสูงที่คุณอัจฉราภรณ์ได้กรุณาเสียสละเวลาอันมีค่ายิ่งในการเขียนแจ้งถึงปัญหาดังกล่าวในระหว่างที่เข้าพักกับเรา ทั้งนี้หลังจากที่เราได้รับทราบถึงปัญหาเรื่องของการพ่นควันไล่ยุงซึ่งในขณะที่ทางบริษัทกำจัดแมลงได้เข้ามาดำเนินการดังกล่าวในบริเวณโซนของห้องพัก ซึ่งถึงแม้จุดที่พ่นควันจากห่างไกลจากจุดที่คุณอัจฉราภรณ์นั่งรับประทานอาหารค่อนข้างมากก็ตาม แต่บังเอิญในขณะนั้นเกิดลมเปลี่ยนทิศกระทันหันจึงทำให้ควันดังกล่าวลอยไปไกลและลอยไปในโซนที่ทางคุณอัฉราพรณ์นั่งรับประทานอาหารอยู่ ทางเราจึงต้องขอโทษและจึงต้องขออนุญาตเปลี่ยนอาหารใหม่ให้ทั้งหมดในขณะนั้น อย่างไรก็ตามปัญหาดังกล่าวนี้ ทางเราได้ประสานกับทางบริษัทกำจัดแมลงเพื่อขอเปลี่ยนระบบการไล่ยุงจากการพ่นควันมาเป็นระบบการฉีดพ่นเป็นระบบน้ำแทน ซึ่งจะสามารถช่วยแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าวไม่ให้เกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคตได้อีกครับ ท้ายนี้ผมต้องขอขอโทษและขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกดังกล่าวอีกครั้งมา ณ โอกาสนี้ และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้มีโอกาสต้อนรับและรับใช้คุณอัจฉราภรณ์อีกครั้งในอนาคตนะครับ ขอแสดงความนับถือ ชัยณรงค์ พิพิธวีรนันท์ General Manager
