"We stayed at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for one night to celebrate my son’s birthday, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. There was no warm welcome on arrival, and no complimentary birthday treat or cake for the celebration. The room did not feel clean—the carpet was dusty, the bathroom had mould and an unpleasant smell, and one of the face towels had what appeared to be a red stain on it. We were also surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water or basic toiletries provided. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet our expectations, and the stay was not as special as we had hoped for our son’s birthday celebration."

Will definitely stay again and take my dogs. Another comment is I feel the rooms need a little maintenance but still lovely place to stay Thank you"
