Room was poorly furnished, inadequately soundproofed and in dire need of updating. Bar/lounge was ok, staff were pleasant and food was good. Overall the hotel should not be advertised anymore than 3 star rated.

The property is overpriced for what it offers—$260/night after a "discount." The room was pretty old and not in the best condition. There was no fridge, loud AC, and a pretty tight space. When I checked in, I was asked to pay $1260 for two nights, but the clerk wasn't bothered by it. I had to show my Expedia booking to clarify the issue. All in all, not a pleasant stay.

The stay was nice the room needs some updating. The room was pricey . They have a restaurant area in the hotel to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast was horrible and and expensive. Dinner was good but also very expensive. I would definitely not stay here again .

The location of the property is perfect. It’s in walking distance of everything and only an 8 minute drive from all monuments. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated and the beds were extremely hard but definitely a good one night stay.

Their I.T. Check in system was down. Told to wait for 10 mins or so, because they were unable to book me in along with a growing number of customers in the same boat. . After 2 1/2 hrs it was recommended by them I cancel and book elsewhere. This was after a 3500 mile journey, arriving mid evening, hungry and tired. Zero customer service. Appalling attitude. How do I get a refund?

When I made my booking it said parking was included, yet turns out hotel charged us $110 but yet said it was only 43 a night. Breakfast was also supposed to be included but yet again we find out its for a fee of 18 dollar. Then after checking in we go to our room only to discover many disappointments. First one is the size of the room as none of the photos online indicated that the room is that tiny. Then we discover the shower/bathroom has no vent, which is very frustrating to take a hot shower and not even be able to get ready in the bathroom afterwards due to steam. The bathroom was also covered in short black hairs all over the bathroom wall that was behind the sink. My boyfriend spoke with the staff at the front desk while I was on the phone with Expedia. We truly wanted to cancel our anniversary get away and just go home at this point or get a new hotel. After hours of trying to find a solution that would please everyone and no solution was able to be arranged we finally went and got dinner. We talked and realized we were stuck with this bill at this point even with asking if we could upgrade for free or even a discount as I'm also government. Once we got back from dinner my boyfriend went to the desk to let them know we were going to stay out of having no other options. My boyfriend managed to spot an employee and asked who is that and Enus said Michael the manager. My boyfriend walks all the way across the hotel to speak with him. WAY MORE HAPPED. not enough space

Nice property however many factors are out dated. The outlets in our room were very loose so all of our plugs kept falling out of the wall or our devices wouldn’t be charged in the morning. The beds are very small only doubles not queens. The drawers in the furniture wouldn’t stay closed. The staff was friendly, it was continently located and the breakfast was great.

Bedsheets and pillows were dirty with stains and hair. Clearly housekeeping doesn't clean the room between guest stays. We were also double charged for parking.

I loved the stay, the building is very clean inside and outside. The front staff and housekeeping were very friendly and nice. The only think is… my top sheet of the comforter smelled a little weird so I took it off… I’m not saying it hasn’t been changed but I’m very sensitive to the smells…
