This was our second time at the Sheraton Cascais and we will be returning. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, breakfast is excellent, staff friendly and helpful. What’s there not to like?

Excellent Stay!
From check in to check out, they provided excellent customer service! I was very happy with our room, the food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place!

Séjour en famille à Cascais
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille, les chambres sont très agréables et très spacieuses avec pour notre part un jardin et un coin cuisine. L’hôtel est top avec une belle et grande piscine entourée d’arbres et de verdures.

Don’t go based on this review
We had a great time. The staff were fabulous. The other guests were polite & chill. We didn’t spend nearly as much time at the hotel as I thought we would - we were out driving around - but we were grateful for the time there. Buy the breakfast package for the duration of your stay when you check in at the front desk. Great price there. One time only offer when you check in. The staff and that breakfast helped make our stay.

Overall our stay was excellent. Great food, very nice room, beautiful pool (although not heated), nice grounds for walking, and excellent workout/sauna room. The only issue we had was that a large party had booked the restaurant (with about a dozen pre teen kids). The kids were allowed to run around the entire restaurant and make as much noise as they wanted. Pretty much ruined that evenings dinner

ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, definitiv kein 5 Sterne standard. Personal ist sehr freundlich, nur passiert sehr oft nichts. Kampf um Badetücher beim Pool. 2 Tage kein WiFi im Zimmer. Essen im Restaurant relativ teuer unter BErücksichtigung von Qualität und Ambiente. Sehr schade, dass es in einem 5-Sterne Hotel in Portugal keinen frischen O-Saft gibt, sondern nur Kondensat...

Beautiful property. Lovely pool that was fairly quiet during the week compared to other mainstream resorts. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning in the hotel room could not keep up. The lighting in the hotel room was also challenging. There really wasn’t an area well lit enough to do my make up. Which was a little frustrating since we were there for a wedding. Overall staff is very friendly and helpful when asked. We did have to ask for amenities to be restocked in the room such as coffee pods and towels. It has more of a long-term rental vibe than a traditional Sheraton / Marriott vibe. I wish they included a binder or book in the room with all the hotel details, offerings and local attractions. We likely wouldn’t stay here again as a couple. However for a family with kids looking for some space and tranquility this resort is a great find.

We had the most memorable stay at the Sheraton Cascais. From the minute we checked in, we were taken aback by the hospitality and courtesy extended by Marta at the front desk who helped us get the best possible apartment since we had young kids, the no connecting rooms were available. This was far more than what we paid for. We were touched by the staff remembering our son's birthday and sending a cake for him. The hotel is fabulous, has great breakfast, a good Sushi restaurant, and overall a great atmosphere with extremely hospitable staff.

Great family location
Amazing stay at Sheraton Cascais, great 3 bedroom apartment. Very organised and helpful staff. Horse riding and bike rental nearby. Lovely landscaping. We will definitely be back.

good Hotel with little details to improve
very friendly and helpful staff, quite and off the beat, 30 min from downtown, room service food was so so and the quality of the wine for the price not good at all. rooms were nice and clean and comfortable, beds as well. facilitied were all close due to Covid so I can not rate them
