The hotel is not very big and seems to be in a rather old building. The elevator has a few stairs in front, so it's not accessible for wheelchairs.
The rooms are very clean and in good condition. The only downside might be that there's no walk-in shower but only a bathtub with curtain. Room size is not very big but good by Taipei standards.
Breakfast is served in a small restaurant room with limited choices. It wasn't a problem though as they always has enough choices for us and quality was very good.
On the top floor (only accessible by stairs from the restaurant) they offer a small gym and a laundry room. It looks a bit improvised but works well. Detergent is sold at the reception.
The main reason for the maximum rating though is the staff. They are all super nice, helpful and make you feel absolutely welcome. Reception staff always remember us and made sure everything is alright, and in the breakfast restaurant it rather felt like family. We absolutely loved it and are looking forward to staying in this hotel again.
