Nice hotel. Restaurant and bars, 2 big swimming pools, stores to shop at, swim up bar. Very close to beach and nice view. It’s a little far from downtown area. Bout 12 min driving.
Ótima recepção e explicação, hotel com bom custo-beneficio, além da incrível experiência de ver as tartaruguinhas nascerem (os funcionários do hotel protegem o curral até o nascimento e soltura das tartarugas). Esperamos ter a oportunidade de ver o novo hotel.
En general me fue bien, el personal es atento pero es demasiada larga la espera para en check in cuando uno llega en la mañana

La chambre trés spacieuse avec vue sur mer, une animation discrète, un service de chambre parfait et un excellent petit-déjeuner. Par contre la climatisation est trop bruyante, la piscine trop chaude et la restauration trop honéreuse.
Horrible service and management ! Will never stay again or would not recommend !!!

Stay was ok. Kinda boring. Looks like their closing and it shiws i had two different rooms 1st one great 2nd one was misty. Stinky and not so clean. I requested to change after going back and forth i received new room . i will nit return here
Las piscinas grandes, la vista y ubicación excelentes. Personal deficiente y demoran para dar las cosas que se les pide. Está un poco lejos a pie de la carretera principal
We liked the relaxing atmosphere and location and that we were right on the beach.
We were disappointed in some things. We asked for 2 bottles of water at the front desk and they said they woukd send some right up but it took several hours before we received them. We were dosappointed they wanted to charge us to play billiards.
Property is a time share and we're pressured into purchasing weeks in the royal resorts travel club. Part of the property was under renovation. Price for food etc very expensive and when having meals we were pressured into purchasing drink/tea and coffee extra.
Will not visit any Royal Caribbean or other of there resorts

The rooms are horribly old. The bathroom is really old and smelly. The kitchen is also very old. The only thing that was nice was the pool.

The royal carribean is a well run operation with everything you need within the property. The staff were very friendly the food was great I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Alfredo and Nacir were great by the pool bar 3pm-7pm happy hour was great I highly recommend this hotel.
this hotel is an all suites resort. sadly it will close in 2 weeks for a 9 month re model. if you get the chance to stay here i would take it
we were members of this resort for 30 years
The property was nice but was obviously old with dated furniture. It also didn't have much curb appeal and felt pretty empty. The staff was very nice. Our host tried to schedule a presentation for us but when we declined, they left us alone without us feeling awkward. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants as they didnt seem too appetizing. We pretty used it as a place to sleep as we were gone most of the day. Overall, it is a nice place just wished it was newer and maybe have more activities?
