Just right for the price. Quiet, clean , and the morning breakfast option was good. The mattres in our room 220 needs replacing. I could feel the worn out condition, the matress springs were poking me. It was quiet most of the night but the refrigerator kept making hissing noises all of a sudden. Also, did not know there was going to be dogs outside early in the morning. There is a dog boarding place next door!

This property is close to the airport and reasonable in price. The rooms, in general, were clean and the linens good. Our shower had a lot of mold growing. The hotel is adjacent to an animal shelter. At 7am, they let the dogs outside and they go crazy barking.

I normally don’t do negative reviews, but this place was horribly disappointing. The carpet was sticky and gross. The couch bed was dirty and had no bedding. When I called down for bedding they wouldn’t bring it up- we had to go down and get it. We went down to get some and when we came back we realized that they gave us NO sheets. After calling, they told me that they had no sheets for us. I will never be back.

The only thing I did not like about this property is the poor choice of options for breakfast. They just had cereal and a few bread items. powered donuts and the like. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

The room itself was very nice and spacious. They keep the coffee pot in the bathroom which I felt was unsanitary. Also, the continental breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30, he didn’t start setting it up until closer to 7. This is only a big deal when you have an early flight to catch. Also, the shuttle driver drove 60 mph in a 30 mph zone and took turns so fast we were sliding around in the seats. Just some things to note!

The price was very good for the room. Free shuttle to and from airport was a nice addition. on the negatives, the pillows were extremely flat. Continental breakfast was sufficient with waffle maker and donuts/muffins, but would have liked to have had eggs and breakfast meat that other hotels seem to provide. However, for the price was willing to overlook this minor inconvenience.

Es una muy buena opción a precio accesible si necesitas pasar una noche cerca del aeropuerto de Houston, ya que está a unos minutos en auto. El hotel es pequeño pero con lo necesario, tiene cerca una tienda de conveniencia 24 hrs y un par de restaurantes y las instalaciones están limpias y los cuartos limpios y amplios; también ofrece servicio de transporte de cortesía aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto. El único pero que le pongo es que el conductor del shuttle que nos tocó se comportó PESIMO, grosero y super mal trato, pero creo que ese es un servicio subcontratado por el hotel.

Being followed around for a week because im buying a house and didnt do much. Cops came by a few times and other guests commented on why i was still hanging around! The staff tried to tell nothing was goi g on but this is not my first rodeo being a black man in the USA. And most rooms are nxt to a DOG daycare and you can hear them late at night!!!!

The east rooms of Sleep Inn face/overlook Pet Paradise, a dog kennel/boarding facility. When we arrived around 6 PM all the dogs were outside and BARKING! When I asked for a room on the opposite side, I was told it was fully booked. When I said they must get lots of complaints, the clerk smirked, and said most of the complaints come in the morning when they let the dogs back out. Sure enough, right at 7 AM, the dogs were let out and immediately started parking. The manager was not onsite until after the weekend, not a good experience.

I do not like that while I was staying there the toilet continued to run the entire time and it was very loud. They fake like it was fixed twice and was never really fixed. They also did not have another room to move me too. The first few hours I didn’t have a remote to watch television. I also wait d for the shuttle from the airport to get to the hotel for over 50 minutes. It was horrible. There were walls peeling and there were cigarette burns on the blankets and sheets. They never came to clean the room just change towels. The hotel was not very clean in all spaces it was crap.

You need to be a dog lover to like this place! I most certainly am so I enjoyed the room and neighboring a dog hotel. It was clean and much much safer than the last hotel I stayed at. Great breakfast and amenities! Shuttle was great staff is very helpful. Hottub was not working but jack in the box was also good. 👌

They need to work on WiFi connection in their rooms. Despite the fact, the internet WiFi provided for clients wasn’t good around the room, their staff out of gesture offered their staffs WiFi for me but still not working well within my room. They need to improve on the WiFi connection in all the rooms. They didn’t disappoint in all other services.

What a dump. Took 1 hour and 3 calls at 02:00 for the hotel to arrange the shuttle. First room had no (0) air conditioning but did have a floor standing fan. First room had no (0) internet. Received a new room Air conditioner worked as did internet. Room had a terrible smell throughout the stay Room had what we assume to be large blood stains on the carpet Carpet was so dirty that when entering the shower we literally left dirty footprints in the tub Breakfast is a muffin and coffee if there are any left Morning shuttle was arranged for 05:00. We were called by front desk at 04:30 to be ready for shuttle at 04:45. Rushed to be at front desk for 04:45 only to have shuttle arrive at 05:00 Did I mention it is a dump with staff that could care less about your stay. Never again will we stay in this chain of hotels.

There is a dog day boarding kennel behind the south wing. Noise did not start until about 7:30 in the morning. Breakfast - unless you make waffles is worthless. Room and bed were comfy.
