We had to have a one on one conversation with every maintenance person about how the client, the person who is paying for the room for many nights, should be the one who gets to put the air conditioning to the most comfortable temperature.
This didn’t happen fo the first 3 nights!
It was a one on one with the maintenance person and the night shift supervisor. For three consecutive nights!
An absolute nightmare!
We have been sick with cold and flu symptoms since we left that hotel.
One of the male check in people actually told me he was sick with the same symptoms I had. He had taken our luggage to the room. T
A horrible experience in a very beautiful hotel!
