Dear Anonymous, I am not only sorry to hear this was your experience, but also horrified. Our housekeeping team should absolutely be following our procedure for room cleaning following the stay of a guest with pets. There is simply no excuse for an issue like this to go unnoticed and/or unresolved. We will definitely use this feedback as a training opportunity with our team. I have looked up your stay and will be processing a credit towards the stay on the card provided on the reservation. I do apologize that you had to go to those lengths to try and resolve the issue during your stay. That was definitely not your responsibility. Should you choose to stay with us again, I hope it is a better reflection of the service and stay we like to provide to our guests.
