The hotel cleanliness and location is good , however the reception and lobby staff are not attentive and helpful. In fact, the reception staff are rude and not service oriented. The cleaners were very nice and attentive though which we are very appreciative and is the plus point of this hotel customer service. Please do train your staff. Also I do not understand why changing from 1 king bed to 2 twin beds is consider upgrade and need to pay more?
