I've stayed at this hotel at least 10 times. Things changed noticibly after the pandemic. This last stay very disappointing. From start, there were no luggage carts available. The attitude was "oh well". Im a disabled senior so the carts are critical for me. I checked in, then left for dinner. At 9:30 pm still no carts. I ended up going to each floor searching hallways until I found one. Walked into my room, the first thing I see is a shredded curtain sheer. Hand held shower head broken-did not lock in place. Toilet and bathroom lighting were hit or miss if they worked or not (haunted?).Breakfast provided has dramatically changed over the last couple of years. No trays to bring food to room. Far fewer options and dont bother if you get there after 8. What's left is cold and limited. Same issue with carts on departure. Need to store and assign when distributed so staff can track when not returned. At least place a sign on carts to return to lobby immediately. My departure was delayed over an hour due to lack of carts. After carrying 2 loads to car, I accidently found a cart in the kitchen. At least I was able to transport my heaviest load by cart. For the record I had more than normal luggage/food items due to Thanksgiving and it was the start of an extended vacation. As I stated all service has diminished since pandemic but should be gettingback on track by now. New owners in the last recently? Trying one more time for Christmas Eve. I earned a freebie. Last chance.
