Front office staff are so polite and accommodating.The room is clean and comfortable.The property serves a decent breakfast daily and the property is located is such a picturesque,quiet and nice neighbourhood with the train station just 2 mins away.

6 amazing nights
It was fantastic 6 nights stay! Great location, about 100 meters from the train station and supermarket. Highly recommend! The view from the balcony was gorgeous!

Fijn hotel. Alles was heel netjes en er wordt rekening gehouden met eventuele wensen. Omgeving is ook erg mooi en veel is op loopafstand. Binnen 10 minuten ben je met de trein in Nice of Monaco. Hele leuke tijd gehad, bedankt✨

Great location, comfortable hotel, and adequate breakfast. Staff were helpful and spoke English well. Room was small but well equiped and the balcony was lovely.

WE LOVED OUR STAY HERE!! The perfect location…a 1 min walk to the train station that connects all the towns of the french riveria. After exploring all the other towns, we all agreed that this was the best location we could’ve booked. If I was to come back I would definitely stay here. Also, the free breakfast was amazing!

Go on - board that plane and sample the sun
This is the most casual and comfortable hotel which means you can visit all the Riviera romps and swim in a range of pretty bays without feeling any ‘chic’ pressure . No poseurs here . A lot of hard working staff and so helpful . It does get crowded - opposite the station but it’s so good to absorb the local atmosphere. And … Yes - that breakfast is excellent / croissant and freshly sourced breads .

Lovely refurbished hotel right next to the station
Lovely refurbished hotel next to the train station. Cute decor in the communal areas. Free breakfast - continental with lots of pastries, meats, cheeses and cereals. Location is pretty and very convenient.

Great
Good stay overall; nice staff and clean environment; room with great view of the sea from the balcony; only drawback was breakfast: no veggies and poor choice of nurturing food; lots of sweets; but appreciated the fresh orange juice :)

Perfect simple hotel beach side stay
A simple and classic hotel with everything you need. The room was spotless with a nice shower and balcony overlooking the sea. Right in the middle of town so easy to walk to the supermarket, train station, bus stop outside and to the beach in 10 mins. The hotel had a basic buffet breakfast. Would really recommend for people without a car for sure because of the location.

This was a superb, “value for money” hotel in the often overlooked Beaulieu. It was definitely at the top end of the 3 star designation - not at all fancy but solid, updated and clean. Gabriel at reception made my arrival and departure flawless. Don’t miss out on a couple of superb, inexpensive and very local restaurants up the hill right off Place du Général de Gualle.

De passage nous avons dû rajouter au prix de la chambre les petits déjeuners et le parking ce qui a quand même augmenter la facture. L’hôtel est vieillissant mais bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement proche du port et des restaurants.

Chère Madame, Je vous confirme que petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix de votre réservation. Vous avez du payer en sus la taxe de séjours et la taxe régionale (que l'hôtel doit ensuite payer à la Métropole) et la place de parking qui est à 10 euros par jour. Nous avons complètement rénové l'hôtel ce qui nous surprend également par rapport au terme "vieillissant". Au plaisir
