Dear Mr Sanjeev, It's great that you have enjoyed the food that we served in our restaurant but the rest of your experience you described cause us deep concern. It does not represent the quality of service we strive for at our hotel. Our room size is around 18 sqm, comparable to ibis standard and we are using ibis standard sleep bed as well. We have immediately contacted our pet control partner and they are currently assisting us to eradicate as you mentioned mosquitoes in our patio and in terms of our service we have instructed retraining program to all associates immediately. On behalf of the hotel team, we thank you for your support and hope this incident will not prevent you from availing yourself of our service again in the future.
Standaard Ibishotel in een rustige wijk van Jakarta. Geen overdreven luxe maar alles wat een budget klasse hotel normaal ook heeft.
Goed en goedkoop ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.
Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding dik in orde.
Not good for business staying, the cannot open a account to pay all togheter at the end of stay, so too much time spend, also couldn't made an extension for one night!! Not good for business travelers, tourist its oke because of the location. Internet did not work properly
The friendliness and courtesy of the staff was amazing. The accommodations can't be beat for the price.

Piscina sin reposeras para disfrutarla
No habia donde tomar sol o recostarse en el area de la piscina. Solo un banco de plaza de madera. El mobiliario, cortinas y otros estan descuidados por el pasar del tiempo y su uso. Deberian hacerse cambios y reformas. El personal muy amable.
Overall is good experience stay here for business trip.

Hotel in a convenient location
Hotel rooms were run down and the corridors is dim and have some ordour. My room 411 the shower door rubber to secure the glass door was missing hence it cannot be closed when I am showering
and water gushes onto the bathroom floor.
Ok stayed here one night. Never again. Ibis is an international brand. Yes it’s cheap and cheerful but this place was awful. The room was disgusting. The bathroom was filthy. The towels were discolored and old. They had black stains on them. The bed sheets were discolored and they stank like they hadn’t been washed! It was in a really really bad state. The only decent thing was the check in experience. The gym was awful. Equiptment was old the padding on the bench press smelt like my boxing gloves... nasty and sweaty. The gym floor was wet due to the changing rooms for the pool being on the other side so people were dripping water all over the gym floor.
I wanted to see Jakarta for a few days before moving on to West Papua.
Ibis Tamarin was nice. Looking a bit old, but still maintained well. The pool and gym are very nice. I wish they had longer hours for their pool&gym. Location is right in central Jakarta if that's what you want. Wifi worked fine. I asked for a complimentary fridge to be put in my room as well. The shower in the bathroom is excellent.
Left and right are hotels and more hotels. Hotel is within walking distance to the famous mall, Sarinah departmental store. Lots of eateries nearby. High end and street food available.
Decent budget hotel near many government Ministry offices. Staff are very helpful, and are competent at making taxi arrangements. Breakfast buffet was good but not high end.
The bathroom could have been cleaner but was not unhygenic. The room lighting was spotty, some lights would not turn on.

Great hotel, very courteous & friendly staff during our stay at this hotel.
The hotel Supervisor, Mr Irwan arranged for us to stay at their sister hotel - Arcadia as the hotel room at Tamarin which I've paid, was down with a faulty aricon. Mr Irwan went the extra mile in bringing us food for our dinner and we are most appreciative too!

It's a nice place to stay if you're on a budget and is very central so easy to get to others parts of the city. Good facilities, especially the 24 hour kitchen is a blessing. The only concern I had was I didn't like to pay as much as I did for the hotel. It was 10 bucks too much let night.

Dit hotel voelt al jaren een beetje als thuiskomen. De ligging in het centrum is ideaal voor uitstapjes. Vriendelijke en behulpzame service.
Het ontbijt is prima met voldoende keuze aan Aziatische en westerse gerechten.
Het zwembad is klein, maar gezellig.
De bar is vrij prijzig vergeleken met het aanbod wat je rondom het hotel hebt. Pinautomaat en minimarkten zijn op loopafstand.
Ik kom hier zeker weer terug.
