Had a delightful stay despite the renovations going on. Very quiet. Staff was friendly and attentive. Bed was comfy. What more could you ask.

We were told over the phone that the fourth floor was closed to renovation but booked our family(3 rooms) on the first floor. Both days we had to listen to construction workers carrying on using the “propped open” (unsafe and after hours at night! ) door right next to our rooms. Clearly it needs room renovation especially for a Hilton. I felt we paid twice what she should’ve … had to have broken blinds taken down and AC worked on. Disappointed but happy to be heading home.

One night stay
The hotel room is spacious. The air conditioning and the shower doesn’t work properly. The lobby is well more upgraded than the guest room where we stayed.

Family Trip
Trip was okay. Bathroom smell like an old mop water. Hallways smelled like weed. Ac vents were broken. They are currently under construction but wasn’t mentioned during booking process. Elevators had pieces of carpet zip tied to the rails and the flooring was cracked and broken which was a huge safety hazard for kids. The heating element for the pool and jacuzzi was broken. My last night, I ended up getting sick so I was stuck in the hotel all day. There was construction work being done the whole time so I couldn’t sleep because of the constant banging and noise. Location is good but I will not return to hotel.

The front entrance and lobby looked great! Staff were helpful and friendly. They were renovating I’m sure all of the hotel will look beautiful soon. With the renovation going on didn’t look it’s best and some funny smells. The bathroom did smell like chlorine/bleach but could be worse. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not working because the boiler was broken. We got this hotel because of the indoor pool. That was a bummer. Breakfast was not included it was $13.99 per person all you can eat. But that’s not great for kids. Despite that room was comfortable and had a good nights rest. Primos is across the way and was delicious and well priced.

They are doing renovations on the hotel and they started using heavy equipment before 10 am. We were awaken to someone using some kind of loud tool on the other side of the wall. There was a piece unwrapped candy laying just underneath the bed.

I've stayed here a year ago, and it was a much better experience then. The staff was helpful and courteous throughout the stay. We were billed for breakfast despite having prepaid for it through Expedia when booking. The 3rd floor bathroom drainage in both the sink and bathroom was very slow. The bathtub had not been cleaned and was very evident once the water started backing up. There were signs that the property is currently undergoing renovations, so I hope the plumbing issues will be addressed with that.

"Whenever we visit Madison this is our go-to hotel. The staff is always excellent, service is above compare. We refuse to stay anywhere else.
