The hotel and parking valet was easy to locate. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

This is an exceptional hotel, from the convenient location in regards to the Ford Field Stadium to the excellent service provided by the staff, Michael was patient in funding our reservation, as my name has changed since using my membership! There is a restaurant in the hotel with excellent food, which we really appreciated after spending the entire day at the Stadium for the State Wrestling Tournaments, which start early and end late! The breakfast buffet in the morning is also exceptional with a wide selection of items! It was very good as was again the exceptional service! This is definitely our favorite and we will be back next year!!!

We booked a room for 4….a junior suite. The pullout couch had only a thin cover over metal coil springs. We asked for a topper which they didn’t bring and after 45mins we asked again. A cover equivalent to a sheet was delivered. My husband and son slept on the floor. The toilet ran very loudly on and off all night. The tv was broken. When I complained, the front desk woman was very rude and condescending. The manager was kind and polite and comped a breakfast which was equally disappointment.

Great hotel stay! We could not ask for a better location to Ford Field, I think 3 blocks. You can see the stadium from the front of the hotel. Every employee that we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful from the valet, front desk, to the breakfast attendant in the dining area. Our room the junior king suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. This is a nice hotel stay in a great location, we will definitely be back! If you are planning to go to a Detroit Lions game this is the way to go. You just need to make sure you are staying the night of the game, too for the parking. We parked Saturday when we arrived and grabbed our car upon checkout on Monday morning.

The staff was amazing!! Friendly and helpful!! The room was clean but the top dead bolt lock did not lock. Will definitely stay again, next time we are in Detroit.

Go Lions
Great location in the heart of downtown. I was there for the Lions game and it was quick walk. Staff was excellent in taking care of any needs and very friendly.

Not worth it
The bed was great - the sofa bed was terrible. Valet is $45/night and the pet fee was $75, so this felt excessively expensive given how uncomfortable half our family was. While check in and check out were quick and easy, we called the front desk to ask them to pull up our car from the valet and when we went downstairs, no one had told the valet anything. Next time I'l look for a more affordable option that better meets our needs for the price in downtown.

Hilton in Downtown Detroit
The location of the property was excellent especially since it is within walking distance to Ford Field. The heat was terrible. In between warm air it would blow cold air even when set in the 70's and it was extremely loud!

Basic with overpriced breakfast.
The hotel was clean but very basic. The $17 breakfast buffet is overpriced. A couple of cold meats, slimy scrambled eggs and some toast. Most hotel’s free breakfasts are better than this one.

This hotel is a joke. Our vehicle was broken into using the service from the hotel. We were not notified until we went to get our truck. Then took over an hour to talk with a manager. The hotel did not even seem to care, and the valet company just basically said this is normal. Very sad for a supposed better hotel.

Great stay
Hotel was fantastic right in the heart of everything we wanted to do and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Feel very safe Detroit has done an exceptional job of reinventing downtown. Staff at hotel are very nice and helpful I will definitely be staying again for any concert or sporting event in the area
