The info I read said there was a 24hr shuttle, no where did it indicate that you had to call and request that shuttle for a pick up, so we waited at the airport for a while before asking another shuttle where ours would come and he told us to call the hotel to request. The shuttle was very dirty, the driver was abrupt and the music was loud. At the hotel staff were kind and the room was fine, a dated building with wear showing. One of our card keys did not work. The shuttle for the morning only ran on the hour, so we had to leave either very early or a bit later than we would have liked to get to the airport.

There is no diningroom to have a meal, which will be a reason to not go back. Food options are to order in, or bring in take out...not great for seniors that don't have the means to do that...... a light help yourself breakfast with various options was included which was sufficient.

We stayed on the seventh floor, which is the top floor, and the exhaust fumes from something are really quite bad. Also, we booked through Expedia rather than directly with the hotel, and we thought that our parking for the week while we were away would be included. Not only was it not included, it was not even available. Not sure who the onus is on in that regard.

For future reservation you may consider an extended parking package. The shuttle from and to the airport is very convenient. We used it to go and to come back to hotel. Staff is very nice & made us feel welcome & made sure we were satisfied with everything. Hotel was very close to the airport, beds and rooms are comfortable, very clean. Shower was very nice also.

We were there very briefly, arriving later Eve and leaving early morning. All facilities we saw and/or used were very fine. We liked our room and our breakfast.

Heating/airconditioning unit very loud. Breakfast buffet unappetizing and very limited. Could not reach hotel by phone for shuttle pickup.Noisy. Unpleasant experience, would never stay there again.

I would have appreciated some note in the booking confirmation that indicated the shuttle was only by request. When I arrived I waited for a long time assuming the shuttle would be along shortly as many I saw were running continuously. It's no problem to call ahead but if I see 24hr shuttle service and many are coming and going on a schedule, I assume that mine is too.

Amazing hotel. Very clean, rooms are neat and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. I would go back in a heart beat.

Shuttle service to and from airport is every hour. I don't know if you need to call them to let them know if you are waiting at airport. They weren't listed on the shuttle board, so called another Hilton Hotel and had them call our hotel to tell them we had been waiting for 40 minutes.
