The property from the outside looked like it had not been mowed yet this year. The laundry on the 4th floor was "out of order" the entire time we were there so we had to go to a laundry mat down the street. Thankfully, the rooms were clean & comfortable. The breakfast was decent, for a hotel. It was nice that quiet hours were enforced. The doors that separated the rooms from the elevators were VERY noisy every time that they were opened & closed.

Ikke rent på badet, toalettet, skjoldete glass ved vasken. Såpestykke!!!!! Ikke sjampo eller såpe. Ikke vedlikeholdt bygg ser helt utslitt.

We had to switch rooms because our first room was so incredibly loud (the refrigerator was broken) front desk was kind and offered us another room where the TV then didn't work. At this point we just sucked it up.

There is inconsistency in the Comfort Inn brand. Some are very nice. This location was just average. Not good value for the cost. The problem is that you don't know until you arrive. Less uncertainty with some of the other hotel brands.

Although it was very quiet & yhe staff were friendly, there were several reasons I will not return. 1) 1st night I saw a cockroach on the wall. 2) their channel availability was dismal. I obtained a listing from the desk; half of what they claim wasn't there & several channels had no video or no sound. 3) Continental breakfast was lacking. 4) not once during my 4-day stay did housekeeping clean the room.

The wifi in the room was not accessible and the room had roaches. Also, the toilet kept getting clogged and we had to call for a plunger the second night. The shower head in our room was shooting water everywhere.

The place was under construction, but it was easy to get around. The important thing was it was 10 minutes from work.

Nice place
Upon checkin the front desk staff was so nice they even recommended some great places to eat after our long drive it was nice to hear where the locals like to eat! Room was nice and clean. TV could use an update but not a big deal we aren't there to watch TV. A/C was a bit loud and sounded like it was struggling. Also if your room is facing the highway it is very loud with the traffic. Overall our stay was great and hotel in a great location. We will definitely stay here again. Also! Love they have EV chargers on site!!

It was ok. The room smelled wet kinda like moldy. The room was comfortable. Walls were really thin and you could hear people. Not bad but could’ve been better

My "Go-To" Hotel
Whenever I take a trip to Horsham, I stay at Comfort Inn. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked.
