Clean and well equipped room and bathroom. Beds reasonably comfortable. Breakfast adequate. Hotel in general could benefit from an update but is well situated and in a quiet location.

Room large and very nice. Bathroom clean. Hotel is on a hill. There is a car parking although the streets to reach it are narrow, and the space around is scarce. Restaurant was good, the breakfast buffet OK in the morning. The only negative point would be the airplanes noise, but inside room ,the sound was low, and we perfectly slept. We returned by foot from the historical center, many steps to climb. 20 mn effort. The botanical garden is quite close to the hotel.

2nd time in napoli
Second time i stay here on vacation. Good location away from the city but still close by to everything. Parking is great and safe. Great view of the city of napoli from here.

I don’t know where to start - this hotel was terrible, the worst hotel experience our family has ever experienced. We arrived after driving through a very sketchy neighborhood at the top of a hill, the chaos began when we were put in the wrong room, so had to switch rooms, went to dinner and left early because there were bugs crawling on the table cloth and napkins, went back to our room to shower and the shower doors don’t have seals, so they flood the bathroom floors, the exterior windows didn’t seal so we could hear everyone outside, the blinds only close 2/3 of the way so they wouldn’t cover up the windows, the light switches are ancient and overall the hotel is out of date and needing a massive face lift. To top off our terrible stay the front desk called us an early morning airport taxi and failed to mention the fact that our family of 5 had 4 large suitcases and 2 carryons! So we were forced to sit on laps all the way to the airport since we didn’t have time to call another taxi! What a huge disappointment for our last night in Italy! Don’t stay here!

Staff at hotel really made this a wonderful experience. Location was challenging to find, so recommend a taxi or other transport.

We felt safe, the hotel was gated. Not much to do around the hotel. The lobby had a huge hole in the ceiling. The rooms had velvet walls and were VERY dated. Think Graceland. Beds not comfortable. Only a sheet fir a blanket. Bathroom needed deep cleaning. Mildew around the tile.

Getting to this hotel was a quiet challenge. Looks like there are two ways and the google map got us on the difficult one where it was almost impossible to drive and the neighborhood was really rough

The manager and staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. We stayed for one night before moving off to Procida and we’re booked in to another hotel for two nights on our return but decided to return here instead and were not disappointed.

This place is straight from the 90s. It was clean and beds were comfortable, room was large for the 2 double and twin beds. But, the lights kept going on and off, remote broken and not fixed, broken spots in wall in bathroom, old and needing replaced vanity due to damage. The power also went out 3 times. They kept moving our rental car - maybe so people didn’t see it? You also had to get out of your car to hit the button and ask them to open the gate leaving and arriving. I would not stay here again.

The area the hotel is located in is not the greatest, there are stairs to walk down to the city centre and they are covered in cat/dog excrement (not the fault of the hotel, I know but just be careful if you take the steps). Once at the bottom, again the location is not one I felt safe in, area felt rough. Be mindful of your personal belongings. The bathroom shower leaked water all over the floor, excessively. The breakfast was terrible. There was 1 bain marie which held the scrambled eggs and bacon which was stone cold, both eggs and bacon had that "crust" look on the top which looked like they had been sat out for hours (we came down for breakfast around 8am. I was instructed to use the microwave, the eggs were like rubber once heated. The toaster was not a toaster and was infact a sandwich press, patries were stale. I really don't have any positive to say about the breakfast. The room was large, beds were large (too soft for my liking but this is personal preference), hallways on the 3rd floor were dated and tired. The whole place needed a facelift. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. On leaving, we were asked to pick out our set of car keys from a basket full of keys. If we were dishonest, we could have driven away with an upgrade! Definitely not best practice! Won't be staying here again.

Fine, but not spectacular
This hotel was fine for our last night waiting to go to the airport. The hotel isn't near other restaurants, and the hotel restaurant is ok. The hotel is in need of some updates for sure, there is mold in the bathroom. Like I said, fine.

The staff was very kind and I enjoyed my short stay at this property. It is located in a very quiet location in a gated area, which provides great security for a rental vehicle. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
