Two people working at the front desk were very, very friendly. That's where the positives end.
I was assigned a room that looked lived in (bed unmade, water bottles and trash on the table and counter top), so I asked to be moved.
The room I then got smelled like smoke. The bathroom sink poured water out from the base of the faucet when turned on. The upper door hinge on the refrigerator was held together with a zip tie. The A/C unit worked pretty well, but made was continually making different noises that, instead of functioning as white noise, made it difficult to sleep.
