Was at the hotel for only a single evening, but had a very lovely stay. Room was extremely comfortable, clean, and easy to adjust the temperature. An excellent stay...wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when in Newark next.
The hotel staff was over the top helpful, find, and friendly. The hotel lobby, restaurant, bar area, and lounge area were huge and very clean. The room I was in was very spacious and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone in the world!
Bistro at breakfast was a disaster even for takeout because it was freshman move in day at Udel and the hotel should’ve had plenty of staff to deal with the rush but instead had an inexperienced staff out front, very polite but overwhelmed!
Absolutely zero amenities whatsoever. No water, coffee, anything….

Good day Kenneth, I appreciate the feedback about your most recent stay. May I suggest for future bookings to review all amenities prior to booking. Most times you can also set parameters when searching. Unfortunately Courtyards do no offer complimentary items. Thank you and we hope you will try us again in the future!
