The property, lobby, and room were all well maintained. The common areas had a really great smell when we arrived. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was really great. Shower a bit small and not enough towels. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working but employees were available to direct to a working machine. The restaurant/bar was open and the music from it was very loud in our room above it. Room is dark when curtains closed. Plenty of lamps but they are dim. No overhead light but the windows were big and allowed plenty of natural light. Easy to check in/out. No microwave in room but they have one in the lobby. They also added vending machines for snacks since our last stay. Easy to park. Didn’t use any room service/gym/pool/etc. but I couldn’t tell if they were available or not. Unnecessary side note: the US flag on the pole was torn to shreds. It was ties together to mimic good condition. It just seemed in poor taste. Great place to stay in general. We will revisit again.

My stay here has always been great but I am a little disappointed by the jacuzzi in my room not working. But nonetheless still a great experience!!

I felt like it was a very good value. The property and room seems to be well kept. The breakfast was, even by continental breakfast standards, skimpy. My only complaint would be that I'd asked for maintenance to remedy a plumbing matter (of my making) early, at check-in. I assume the desk clerk forgot as I had to ask again when I returned for the evening, much later. I'd stay there again.

Poop smear on toiletpaper roll side; poop dried under seat and dried to bowle; toilet paper holder sloped down and roll constantly fell off. Marijuana smell constantly seeped in from bathroom vent. Dirty socks and fake finger nails swept under bed overhang. Missing TV remote- they replaced it with broken remote. Missing remote for fireplace. Room kitchen had dishes for guests- ever glass was filthy. Pool was 83' but pool room was 60'; asked staff to turn up heat and they never did. Had to ask for clean pool towels each time and they never brought enough. Caught front desk staff giving out room information about a guest to a guy that walked in claiming he needed to talk with the guest.

Sooooo dirty. My room felt like it was one of those paid by the hour motels. The chair in my room was falling apart. It looked like it was taken of a dumpster. I’m not sure if it was blood or wine, but there was some kind of red substance scattered all over the carpet, then the bathtub was horrendous. It looked like dirty water was sitting in there for three months before someone came in and trained. It looks like it was never cleaned. There was just as very dark brown spot on the bathtub then the holder for the toilet paper was broken, so it was barely holding the toilet paper roll where it was constantly falling off , I am beyond disappointed and will never stay in this hotel again

I have stayed in the past and it was always wonderful but this time I'm not sure if it's under New Management or new ownership the people that work there at the front desk are really good but the cleanliness of the rooms just all around it wasn't as nice as it was before I'm not sure what they do but the pool was closed looks like they only use it for certain events or something but it was just disappointing unfortunately I will not be staying there again

Two issues
Two things...I was only told at check in that the tv/cable was out. Thank goodness I had my roku with me. And the shower head was in horrible condition, very little pressure and it was a hand help that kept falling out of the cradle. Overall Id stay there again.

The property is fine, and they had a great discount which is why I chose the property. Rooms were not very clean, dressers had a sticky substance on them. Drawers didn't stay shut, bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and jerry rigged with a hanger. Even the do not disturb signs were dirty. Cable service was out, and they promised they were attempting to have it repaired, but still not fixed after two night stay. No communication about its status, I had to inquire at the front desk.
