Room Cleanliness not great. Found rotten apple core in room, found blood on sheets. Found food and blood on mattress topper of pull out couch. Staff was great but wanted to pass the buck on figuring out what they were going to do for me.

This hotel worked well for us for a 4 day stay to attend a wedding. Room was a decent size. The front desk staff was unfailingly helpful. We would stay again.

Check out at noon was great. Average breakfast. Highway noise was significant. Felt something under sheet of very uncomfortable bed. There was a plastic bottle cap under the bottom sheet. I’m on the road all the time with the airlines and I can’t say I’d ever seen this one before.

Housekeeping entered the room before checkout. Left the door open with our belongings in plain sight and stripped the beds, threw away our snacks, etc. Front desk staff didn't seem to care when I informed them. Very disappointing.

This property suffers from a severe lack of maintenance. I made a list: TV not working, LED readout on AC unit not working so temperature cannot be adjusted, Bedside USB port on one side of the bed is visibly broken, bedside reading lamp on one side is not working, one bulb in desk lamp is out, one bulb in ceiling lamp is out, no clothing hooks or towel racks in bathroom (remains of one broken off the back of the door), and the soap dish in the shower is mounted in a way that the wet soap slips off. This level of neglect didn't happen over a few days. There is an ongoing problem of some kind.

I shall never stay at another Comfort Inn. The rooms were dirty, rug had a large stain that wasn't removed. I wanted to use the safe for my belongings. There was not one in the room. The front desk told me that particular room had been broken into and the safe had been taken. The breakfast was very sad. The bacon was thinly sliced, eggs cold, no fresh fruit. I asked the women who was managing the morning breakfast daily for new fruit. Banana's and small apples were the only fruit. I really want a refund from this hotel, since I was paying $287 a night.

Staff was great, made up for the hot tub jets not working. Zoe the day person a gentleman I don’t recall his name, dark braided hair were very professional and made me feel very welcome The staff that works here represents very well, top shelf employees.

Unfortunately this stay was really uncomfortable from the very beginning. The bedspread had multiple stains, the sleeper sofa mattress was disgusting, the door looked liked someone tried to force it open with a crowbar and there was a one inch gap under the door that allowed every passing sound into the room and there so were many of them. Running, screaming kids, drunk adults, and TONS of doors opening and closing up and down the hallway at all hours. We were in Peoria for Spring Training Baseball, couldn’t find another place to stay on short notice and so decided to stay put for two sleepless nights. Too many things to list, I just would never stay there again. Noisy, dirty and Expensive!!

The comfort of the beds at Comfort Suites left much to be desired, unless you enjoy cinderblocks covered in cardboard. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

The appearance was repulsive and uninviting. The interior was dark looking and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The only elevator, one could not go up to 3rd level due to the button being broken and was awaiting repair. Any 3rd floor residents would have to carry their own luggage to the upper floor level. The carpeting in room is shredding and looked dirty due to its muddy dark brown color. I wouldn't want to stay at the same place again.

Staff was very helpful. There were only two drawers for clothes. Traffic noise made it hard to sleep. We were able to move to quieter room. Breakfast was good.
