Shoe box size room. Paper thin walls and plenty of noise to keep you up at night. Mattress from the 20th century. Poor Wifi. Hotel communication as if we're still in peak pandemic times. And the list goes on.

We were left unattended outside for more than 25 minutes during check in time. There was no body to open the door. Also definitely not accessible as no lifts are available so we had to carry the luggage by ourself. The rooms are so tiny and unhygienic

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Das Fenster in unserem Zimmer war aber nicht ganz dicht so das es im Zimmer extrem kalt war. Die Heizung ging auch zwischen durch einfach aus. Dadurch eine schöne Erkältung im Urlaub bekommen. Lage war gut

This property was good for what it was but still very expensive. The room is tiny and you can hear the street noise all night even on the 5th floor. Also there is NO elevator and we had to lug our suitcase up 5 flights of stairs.

It is a nice little hotel in a good location to explore Manhattan from. Rooms are pretty small but functional and clean. Furniture is simple but funtional and the overall look of the room is set in a nice design (as seen in the pictures of the hotel's web appearance). Overall we were happy with the choice.

The light in Oure Room was didn’t work from the second day, and we wrote two e-mails, and told the lady downstairs and they both wrote us and told us us face to face it would be fixed, but is did not As a compensation they stored our suitcases for a few hours the day we were living But we haven’t got light for 3 days

Great location! Close to shopping and dining plus within walking distance of Times Square, Union Square and other sites. Room was tiny but clean. The bathroom was very clean and seemed new. It was a perfect place to rest at the end of a long day in the city.

It was a great place. We just needed a place to sleep safely and quietly. It delivered. We were out and about all the time. Not a place to hang out at the hotel. Smaller room and we had 5 flights or stairs to go back and forth. Over all pleasant place and staff was very friendly. Thank you.

This place is great if you need to spend the night at Manhattan. Place is small, but comfortable. If I could point something about the Inn I didn't really like was maybe the shared bath between another unit. Other than that, this place is clean, and smells good. Be ready to walk up the stairs. :) Rooms are perfect for a single person but can sleep 2 comfortably as well. Not a 5 Star Hotel but definitely worth an emergency stay.

The room was the perfect size for an overnight stay but the bed and the sheets were incredibly uncomfortable. Anytime any of us moved, it was loud and obnoxious. There is hardwood through the building which is beautiful but doesn’t give any sound barrier to traffic coming in/out of the other units or up/down the stairs. We brought a sound machine and it wasn’t enough.

The property was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. The check-in and check-out worked smoothly. For future-guests it’s good to know that there is no elevator and the staircase is very narrow. However, the room was clean and the fridge came in handy for drinks and snacks. We expected that the accommodation was very badly soundproofed, but we barely heard noises from the outside. (We were facing the backyard) The location was great and everything we needed was in walk distance as well as the subway stations. Nevertheless, we were missing more storage or hooks to hang up garements.

Albergo utilizzabile a mio avviso nel caso di soggiorni brevi. La zona è buona e vicina ai mezzi di trasporto, il quartiere almeno durante il nostro soggiorno era tranquillo. Noi abbiamo prenotato una camera standard, ci è stata assegnata una camera lato strada. La stessa è risultata essere rumorosa sia per la finestra troppo poco isolante sia per rumori continui di giorno che di notte interni la camera di natura non definibile (probabilmente passaggio di condutture di acqua e riscaldamento). Non ricordo cosa viene riportato nella descrizione della camera, quindi è probabile che ci sia scritto, in ogni caso non viene effettuata pulizia della camera e /o del bagno, almeno per noi nelle 4 notti del soggiorno non è mainstata effettuata. Il giudizio è nella media ne positivo ne negativo, in ogni caso la pulizia della camera all'arrivo era ok. Lo consiglierei come gia detto per soggiorni brevi.

This was a great location for my visit to NYC. Easy to get in and out of the hotel even though it was staffless/contactless check in. The bathroom had several dead lightbulbs and it was a bit noisy (I could hear the person next to me cough) but I slept well and felt safe. I will definitely return!

Pros: -A good deal. -Clean -Polite staff that’s willing to accommodate -great area with a lot of stuff to do -close to transit Cons: -You are required to keep the temp 74 degrees (it gets hot and stuffy in the room) -The walls are very thin and you can hear drunkards in the lobby making noise on the weekends. I had to watch the volume of my voice in the room because I was worried people could hear me. These two things made it very difficult to sleep during my stay.

We had a very pleasant time during our stay and we loved the location - the hotel has a fantastic location for the price, and it was ideal for exploring Chelsea or accessing to subway to go up or down town and see other parts of the city. The room was also clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re not planning on spending much time in your hotel room, this is an ideal booking! We knew going in that the room would be small and mostly taken up by the bed but the issue ultimately was with the comfort in general, not the size - unfortunately the bed was awful. The mattress felt like sleeping on cardboard and seemed to dip in the middle. The bedding was thin and not warm. This maybe could have been bearable for one night, but night 2 and 3 were difficult. It was also very inconvenient that there’s no option to leave your bags with the front desk if you arrive early or need to kill time between checkout and travel plans.

Great location, basic clean home base with private bathroom option.
