Hi Nadeem,We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you during your travel but check in time is at 3 p.m. and this is standard practice at many properties. As a courtesy we do message every single guest on this platform ahead of time informing them about early check in requests as well as many other details related to what’s included in your reservation and what you can expect while staying with us. Please note early check in before 10 a.m. equals a full prior nights charge. Anything from 10a.m. - 12 p.m. is a 50 early check in fee, and anything from 12p.m. - 3p.m. is 25.00 early check in fee.

I appreciate you taking the time to write this review for us. We unfortunately do not have the capability for a earlier shuttle service, but we will certainly take your feedback into consideration and will look into possibilities to accommodate guests with earlier flights.

We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and we will use your comments in order to provide a better experience in the future.Our hotel shuttle is a complimentary service provided to our guests as advertised but our standard shuttle hours are 5:00 a.m. – 9:45 p.m. going to and from the airport. Dear Annette,We are pleased to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay and the quality of our newly renovated rooms! Most guests staying with us are here for months at a time or even longer then that because we are an extended stay property. So I just wanted to go more into depth on our policies just in case there was a miscommunication at check in. Housekeeping comes by once a week to clean rooms on a schedule that is by floor, although refreshes may be requested once a week and will be approved on a case by case basis. Towels must be outside of your door before 10am to be picked up and exchanged by our housekeeping team, anything after 10a.m. will need to be exchanged at the front desk.
