I've stayed a few times at this hotel. The staff are always friendly. The saying you get what you pay for is true here. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, and sleep was interrupted due to someone thinking it would be fun to set the fire alarm off at 4am, so the residents had to evacuate the building. The bedrooms are crying out for refurbishment. As i say, you get what you pay for.

There is no heater on my room i have to sleep with my winter jackets Very bad experience and it was a smokers room everywhere was smelling with cigarette. I regret bookings this hotel

Bed are not comfortable no wifi in the room only at lobby and u have to pay for it and it s riddiculous breakfast is really poor not a lot of choise i regret taking it no crossant no cheese nothing

Was nice but single beds are on wheels so when you move feels like your in earthquake, restaurant is limited to overpriced burger, Pizza or 5 other random dishes. Breakfast is all you can eat but they give you a really small plate so you have to go up twice to get moneys worth.

We found the rooms to be clean but a little dated and tired. Basic rooms with kettle, tea, coffee, milk and sugar, hairdryer, shower gel and tv. There was no free wifi - this is an additional charge which i think for the cost and the fact its 2024 should be included. There was free parking! There is an onsite restaurant and bar which we didnt use so cant comment

Mold in bathroom, springy bed, dark and dingy
So we arrived around 10pm to a very packed car park, the one way signs led to dead ends and the ramp up to the extra parking spaces was not easy to see on a night. Got in to be greated by a well dressed man who was misserable. Rude and gave us no further information about things like breakfast. You get to the room and there is a single light where the door is, above the bed nothing. There is a small bedside table light which didnt light much up and was not turned on at the wall so took a minite to get on as we coulsnt see. The rooms are extremely dated like they have never been updated. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, every time we rolled over you could here the springs in the mattress. The pillows however where extremely thick so thick it left you in an uncomfortable position to sleep. The bathroom was the worst. Mould growing. Grout that should be white was orrange. Brown stain down the bath. Hairs on the sink. Shower had no pressure. The door was damaged and the lock broken. Breakfast the next mornig which was £10 a head pre order and £12 on the morning was a "continental breakfast" nothing cooked to order so everything was dry. The mushrooms where rubbery and clearly old, if you let mushrooms go old at least peal them. Eggs were in a bath of water. The sausages where cheap but at least nicely cooked. The host seemed miserable. The whole place feels trapped 60 years ago and the staff seem totally done with the place. Only took pictures of the bathroom, it was the worst

Bit further from the Airport than expected - shuttle bus available, although if 2 or more actually cheaper taking a taxi. Staff very helpful, room spacious, bathroom clean and fresh. Bar and restaurant area very pleasant, food options good.

Parking. The spaces were small due to the bulging 4x4s etc even for a medium saloon.limited if arriving late. Reception. polite and quick. Room. Basic but comfortable, could do with a second chair. not good for a longer stay. Beds very firm, my wife had a back ache free night for a long time. Food. very basic and limited menue, sufficient to fill the stomach. conclusion. Would liik elsewhere

Terrible room, poor service.
Mattress was the worst I've ever slept on, didn't think it was bad enough to cause the back ache that it did! When raised at check out, was told I should have told them so they could have moved us to another room, no other resolution offered. Sure, at 10pm when getting into the hotel I'm going to request a different room which, as far as I know, is the same as all the others.

Property is definitely low end and when I walk in and see the reception area enclosed in a Perspex cage I know it’s going to be rough. Shuttle to the airport was £10 per person and they just tell you it’s best to call a cab. Rooms were like prison cells. So glad I arrived late and left early but still managed to witness Police storm in and remove an unruly guest.
