Very dated property, does not look one bit like the room in the picture sloppy painting, slept on top of the covers fully clothed as the sheets did not look clean. Asked for photo ID on arrival, no where on the booking form did it specify that this was a requirement wouldn’t let me check in without it. Mould on ceiling in bathroom. Overall felt very unclean. Also reception charged £1 to my card just incase I broke anything which was down right cheeky! Have they actually stepped foot in any of those rooms!

Dismal
Down at heel hotel although location was good for a stopover. Room smelt (previous smokers??) despite attempts to hide this with room fresheners and was very cold. Awakened in the night to find water pouring through an air con grill in the room splashing all over the carpet and the electric sockets and switches. We were given another room but difficult to get back to sleep. Whole purpose of the stay had been to get a solid 5 hours sleep as we were flying in the early morning.

Perfectly good!
We stayed for one night to break up a long journey from Cornwall to Inverness. The concierge was very nice, but there were no trained kitchen staff on shift so the restaurant was closed, so we had to order food in. The concierge had no problem with us doing so and provided cutlery for us to use. The room was spacious, very clean and with good comfy beds (the pillows were way too firm and full for me but that's a preference thing). The bathroom had no soap and the dispenser in the shower was empty but the hotel desk gave us some little soaps when we asked for some so it wasn't much bother. We used the door chain which was a good thing as some drunk and loud guests seemed to be certain our room was their own and tried repeatedly to get into our room which was a bit scary but they eventually stopped. Again not the hotels fault but a bit of a reflection on the clientele. Very clean, very Accessible and above all, very affordable. We'll stay again

Shocking condition of room
Shocking. The trim is really dated and nothing like those pictures online. The room was dirty with 1970s style furniture. No USB charging, no working radio. Doors and bathroom floor was dirty and tiles cracked on bathroom wall

Absolutely Dire and a dive
We stayed overnight with my daughter and son in law in 2 double rooms. The staff are brilliant,thorough and helpful The hotel however is dire! All money seems to have been spend on glamorous sofas in the foyer and the rest of the hotel left to just rot. Cracked walls,chipped paint missing tiles and a musty smell that just lingers We booked two rooms,we were next to each other but bizarrely the interjoining rooms were with the adjoining sides not each other which left you feeling slightly vulnerable The bed was comfy enough but for the price we paid I would rather gave got an uber home I would stay elsewhere if at all possible.The walls are paper thin so was disturbed most of the night by an arguing drunk couple next door Dubious carpet stains everywhere and dirty furnishings, just needs totally ripping out and the rooms scrubbing.

Disappointed with location, extra charge for Wi-Fi, breakfast very basic choices, bar and restaurant area soul-less and hotel could do with a face lift. however staff friendly and no complaints about cleanliness.

トライアスロンの大会で利用をしました。 立地は駅から4キロくらい離れてます。 そこは気にならなかったですが 別の部屋に宿泊してた 知り合いがチェックインして部屋に入いろうとしたら別の部屋の男性から エッ○な誘いを受けたそうです。 （NOと断ったらお金払うからみたいな仕草をされたとの事） スタッフさんは感じは良かったですが カードキーが よく使えなくなり 1日に1回はフロントに行って変えて貰ってました。

Bare bones hotel
Very cheap hotel, but it is what it is. If you need a bed for the night and a clean bathroom then you’re fine. There’s no frills here, the quality of the hotel is like an old bedsit, there’s no wifi in the rooms, and there is no housekeeping until your leave.

Good value, good service.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioned. Bed mattress is due to be renewed, as you could feel a few metal springs.

Budget hotel. Budget services
Location and access was good. Check in was straightforward but no info on hotel given. Went for food at 8.30 but ‘restaurant’ was closed. No meal times offered at reception on check in. Bar had no bar snacks not even a packet of crisps. There was a large black refuse bin in the corridor outside my room. Table in room so sticky my paper stuck to it and tore. Amazing how big chain hotels have no idea about ‘hospitality’ when they are in the hospitality industry.
