We stayed for one night to break up a long journey from Cornwall to Inverness.
The concierge was very nice, but there were no trained kitchen staff on shift so the restaurant was closed, so we had to order food in. The concierge had no problem with us doing so and provided cutlery for us to use.
The room was spacious, very clean and with good comfy beds (the pillows were way too firm and full for me but that's a preference thing). The bathroom had no soap and the dispenser in the shower was empty but the hotel desk gave us some little soaps when we asked for some so it wasn't much bother.
We used the door chain which was a good thing as some drunk and loud guests seemed to be certain our room was their own and tried repeatedly to get into our room which was a bit scary but they eventually stopped. Again not the hotels fault but a bit of a reflection on the clientele.
Very clean, very Accessible and above all, very affordable. We'll stay again
