I am glad you noticed that we are currently under remodeling the whole hotel at this time. We are excited for the new hotel experience we will have soon. Unfortuantly we have a huge homeless issue all over in the Portland area. We do staff security throughout the day to ensure guest and guest are safe but we have no control of the whole Portland area surrounding us. Hope you will consider staying will us in the future for a better experience.

Unfortuantly we have a huge homeless issue all over in the Portland area. We do staff security throughout the day to ensure guest and guest belonging are safe. I am sorry you experienced our only ice machine was out of order during your stay, while we were waiting for a technician to come to our site during the busy holiday season. We did have FREE ice in the lobby freezer for all guest. Thank you for letting the front desk know about your heater issue in the 1st room so we could move you to another room right away. Hope you will consider staying will us in the future for a better experience.

Yes, we are currently under hotel renovation on the west side of our building which in not near any rooms we are currently renting out to guest. Unfortuantly we have a huge homeless issue all over in the Portland area. We do staff security throughout the day to ensure guest and guest belonging are safe. I am sorry you experienced a family with children next to your room, in the future please contact the front desk so we can resolve this issue immediately. I will be contacting our housekeeping department about the issues stated with your room to resolve this matter. Hope you will consider staying will us in the future for a better experience.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortuately Portland is in a houseless crisis throughout the city NOT just the Delta Park area. I am sorry that you felt unsafe, we have a double layer of security at the property which helps keep the hotel property, guests, & employees secured.Have a great day.

Good Afternoon Douglas:Thank you for your feedback. I apologize cribs are not in guestrooms however, this request would be made at the front desk. We were able to get you checked in to your rooms upon check in, the gentleman who made your reservations (your Father) he was informed that the hotel is under renovation. Unfortunately, all of Portland is having a 'Unhoused' crisis, I am sorry you had to see it off the freeway exits and on ramps. I hope that you and your family enjoyed the wedding!
