The property charges extra fees upon check in that are not included in Expedia price. They call it a “facilities charge” or something along that line. They also up charged me at the shop that’s connected to the desk and charge a 250$ hold on your card as a deposit. Overall it’s a place where I felt they were trying to scam me out of random dollars, it felt shady and not upfront. The property condition is rusty and sticky, even in the rooms. The AC doesn’t work well and there are very limited outlets to charge up. The best part was the shuttle to and from The airport, this place is fine if you have a layover but the shadiness made me feel it would be better to avoid.

I couldn’t check in my flight was delayed and ended up canceled due to weather and the person I called there at the hotel was rude they can be.wasn’t helpful and disrespectful. I need my money back or rebook for another hotel for another future date.

Cracks in the walls old and can hear everyone’s conversations and footsteps very loud construction middle of the night and ac is cooling but LOUD! Planes flying by really loud.

Everything was ok, however the trash collector woke us up around 4 or 5 am. I was not happy since I had just arrived from Los Angeles and was getting on flight to Japan for 9 hours.

Kept calling for their shuttle for over an hour to pick us up from the airport but no answer. Took taxi there and told them about it. They didn’t seem concerned why they didn’t answer the phone, especially after confirming I had dialed the right number. Rooms need serious updating, especially for the prices they charge.

The motel is a old and dumpy. It does not warrant the price. Everything is so old. It a motel not a hotel. No coffee/water in the room. Just a bed and TV. The inly good thing is the airport shuttle that runs on the hour and half hour. Staff were pleasant. Gave me the room key that didnt work. Had to go back to the front desk and get it reactivated.

Very industrial location. Staff in the lobby were nice, but there was no daily room service. We had to pay $120 extra for the “resort fee,” but there was nothing of a resort feeling. We needed to take out our own trash and our towels were only replaced once.

I had great difficulty in opening the door. I thought there was a problem with the key, but it was the door that was wedged to the frame. I had to push the door very hard for it to open. The back of the sink had paint peeling. I usually leave some money for the room cleaner but when I checked in they said that they would add a $23 gratuity to my bill that I paid for before checking in.

the air conditioning never worked and when we would tell the front desk, they would be so rude and wouldn’t help us until i requested for maintenance. we had to be moved 3 times because nothing was ever working. the outlets on the air conditioning was an extreme safety hazard.

Additional fee charged without notice there is already the restored fee charged when u booked and more over the cleaned fee charged when u check in u have no alternative to pay that otherwise lost the room fee, no option to change and cancel at check in . No drinking water in room

Hotel needs serious updating. It is mostly cosmetic so easy fix. Staff was very nice. pool area was pleasant, not noisy for sleeping just san and tired looking.

The Pacific Marina Inn is good overall. The price was fair, the free airport shuttle is awesome, but the condition of the hotel (lobby, room) needs major renovating & cleaning. My bathroom had two strands of someone else’s hair.

Travellers should know the advertised rate is not what you will spend. Okay there are the taxes and some places don't reveal taxes in their rates. But there were also some hidden charges like 35.00 resort fees and another 28.00 charge. So expect to pay about 75.00 more. 250.00 for a room with a Queen size bed to have a rest is pricey. Aside from standard amenities shuttle and wifi are provided.

It’s an okay property for an overnight stay near the airport with a convenient complementary shuttle. I was disappointed that even though the room was ready they wouldn’t let me check in until exactly 3:00 unless I paid $85 extra.
