Dear Sunil,Thanks for your not so kind and misplaced feedback.I strongly have the impression your allegations are referring to the moment you were bringing a ‘’female guest’’ to your room without checking in and your subsequent rant as the kind request to check in your guest was not appreciated and you decided to bring your guest to your room anyway. Please be informed that all guests must be registered by law and out of safety regulations. That you allow the lady to be staying unregistered in the hotel shows irresponsible behaviour on your end.My Duty Manager and Security staff then had to come to your room and ask the lady to leave. Instead of accepting this you went on to embarrass yourself, as recorded on our CCTV.I would have been pleased to meet you and explain you our rules and regulations again.
