The place needs some TLC. Toilet did not flush properly, furniture in our room was dusty, the carpets in hallway has wrinkles and bubbles, entry was dirty with old mud on the mats though the weather was dry.

Wouldn’t recommend. Staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast was basic but fine. Room cleanliness not good. I tore apart my bed out of paranoia and glad I did. The sheets were covered in stains. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I was on the main floor and there were kids running up and down the halls screaming until 7pm at night.

Overall great!
All the staff were amazing and awesome, including housekeeping. Great food in the restaurant and super friendly staff. Everything was great except the rooms are so gloomy and not enough lighting. I had to use my phone flashlight to do paperwork. I feel for all the workers staying there as a dark room can be depressing. WIFI really needs improvement and a boost, it kept cutting out while trying to do work on my computer.

Half the hotel are smoking rooms (top floor)
I've been on the road for 20 years working, this place might take the number 1 worst hotel I've been at via guest services. Mid reservation (nightshift) I was told I need to change rooms, I was hoping they were going to put me in a room that was a non smoking, but nope, being transferred to another smoking room that I will have to Clorox and lyosol down. The "system/ agent" Indicates ihave to check out at 11am And check back in 3 hours later due to an error in the booking from some "idiot" (clerks words). Best part was it was the same agent. Decided to sleep in my truck and get a hotel an hr down the road for the next 6 months.

Friendly staff. Had an issue with the electronic key to the room. Took a few reprogramming episodes at the front desk to get the system to work. Otherwise, everything was fine. Room is really clean. We were told that it is a smoking room, but can’t smell that at all. Excellent cleaning job!

The stay was good. Not all rooms have AC, so thankfully when I stayed, the outdoor temperature was not too hot. The Wi-Fi is actually quite terrible and when this was a work trip, I needed internet access and ended up using my phone as a hotspot most of the time.

The room was dirty upon arrival, the air conditioning did not work and desk attendant knew but did not say anything until I called down and just wrote it off with a sorry we know.
