"Easy-going hotel, a walk from the terminal, clean, tidy, nice staff, good wifi, slightly weird bed angle (who needs to sleep at a diagonal to the room). Does what it needs you to. If you are being dropped off, put the car registration number in the terminal at reception when you check in, so the driver doesn't get charged."

"I’m a regular but this time I experienced something somewhat discomforting - the radiator was making a lot of noise on and off (despite the fact that it wasn’t turned on). Maintenance appeared to have tried to rectify the problem. But on my second night, the radiator suddenly became very noisy again. It was quite late already and I didn’t want to switch room. Luckily, the noise level reduced about the time I went to bed"

"Good location for the airport. Comfortable room. Unable to comment on quality of breakfast as departed before 6am, when hot buffet available. Hot food in the evening was average and meals arrived at different times. Would recommend a stay here for convenience to airport but don’t expect too much from hotel rooms or facilities"

"Was so different like the pictures and Expedia says, I run 5 minutes later than I saw the room and made a reservation right away in premier inn. I need y money back for this reservation that I don't use."

"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. "Room smelt of curry . 1 small towel for 3people grouting on tile’s mouldy . Bed clean and comfortable though . Lift not working properly same 7 months earlier! Not fixed"

"The hotel was good for £58 a night just before flying. The lady behind the desk was absolutely lovely when we checked in. The rooms were clean but they miss out on detailed cleaning but for one night, it isn’t an issue. Room was huge, we walked in and said ‘woah’! Very close to the airport, easy bus services that drop you off just outside the services. Also very close to multi different food places and they had their own separate car park from the services one."

"The Hadley was a perfect stop over for my friend and I after a day in London and a show. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The public bar area was very welcoming and the food was good. Breakfast was included in our stay and was excellent.
