We will, however, review our options to ensure an even more eco-friendly approach while maintaining safety standards.In terms of noise, we apologize if you were disturbed by music during your stay. We do host occasional professional events and parties, which we strive to manage in a manner that does not inconvenience other guests. However, despite the fact that you never participated to any of the events, we apologize if this impacted your experience.Regarding language proficiency, we understand the importance of effective communication. Our staff members are typically multilingual, and we always strive to ensure that all our team members are fluent in English. Dear WILFRID ,We would like to let you know that we are feeling sincerely sorry for the discomfort the guests experienced during their stay at our hotel.Nevertheless, rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, bedsheets and towels are changed every second day and our rooms was recently renovated.In addition, our cleaning service doing everything in order to keep all the areas of our resort clean and disinfected at the same time.Our breakfast and food general has a great variety and we definitely do not serve bad quality food to our guests.Hygiene is a priority for us and this is the reason we have received “HAACP” certifications. All these standards and procedures are followed by all departments diligently as we are constantly monitored and evaluated .Samples of water and food are taken regularly by an external, independent laboratory to be examined and so far, we never faced any problem.The animation program due to the multicultural of our guests,try so all of the guests to be able to participate and be satisfied.We understand the expectations and demands might be high, especially after 2 years of lockdown, however that does not suggest that we are not doing our best for our guests.Once again we would like to thank you very for the constructive feedback.We remain at your disposal.Kind Regards,
