Great stay!
The hotel is situated on a mountaintop with excellent views. It is in a cute traditional Greek village with great Greek restaurants around, lovely traditional buildings and a magnificent small old church. The breakfast was very delicious and varied from one morning to another. Comfortable beddings at night and a very calm surrounding. Thé wifi was, however, non-existent (problem solved by our last day of stay).

We stayed at the property mid may, the staff are really friendly and smartly dressed. Breakfast was in with our booking and there was lots of choice to cater for everybody, all very fresh and well presented, the grounds are well looked after, the bed was really comfy and the view was spectacular. We will deffinately book to stay again. lovely hotel

Una estancia para repetir. El personal super amable, la comida muy muy rica, el alojamiento amplio y con vistas, todo muy limpio. Nos hacían las camas cada día. Un sitio tranquilo. Hemos estado 7 noches y repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas.

Børnevenligt hotel med udsigt
Børnevenligt hotel med udsigt. Vi bestilte junior suite med morgenmad og jeg ville ønske vi i stedet havde taget en af de mindre værelser. Flot lejlighed, men boblebadekarret virkede ikke og der voksede sorte ting på kanten - forsøgt dækket med et bræt. Vi skulle klatre mange etager for at komme derop og den tur skulle man tage mange gange for både pool, restauranter, WI-FI og morgenmad lå nederst. Hyggeligt område, men endnu lidt klatring for at komme til diverse spisesteder. Mange børn ved poolen og dermed også et vist støjniveau. Jeg er sikker på at mange ville sætte pris på dette hotel - det var bare ikke noget for os. Wi-fi virkede kun ved poolen.

High up in the hills in one of 3 adorable villages we have found our perfect home away from home in beautiful Crete! A comfortable, clean suite with everything we needed for our 3rd stay at Amazones Village Suites with delicious breakfast, fun filled party/BBQ nights, an awesome pool and bar and last but not least the excellent staff made this another very memorable trip. Thank you Caterina, George, Nikos, Nikita, Kim, Daria and Manos for another wonderful time, you are in our hearts and we will definitely be back

Excellent location, staff was very friendly. There's no internet in room but they have a device with 4G which you can use during your stay and take it with you, which is convenient.

Einfach perfekt zum Entspannen
Sehr nette Hotel Anlage mit genialen Ausblick. Der Pool und Essbereich überschauen das kleine Städtchen und das Meer. Traumhaft! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bedacht darauf, dass unser Aufenthalt einmalig wird. Die Suite ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Gerne wieder!

Spacious villas, clean and in a good location (above the narrow streets of the village with safe, easy parking). Great views and a pool. Very casual and comfortable atmosphere, they made us feel like family. Bartender Nikos was fun, kind and helpful, as was everyone we encountered. Food was excellent both at the hotel and across the island in general. A beautiful Cretian experience!

Hotel is eenvoudig en zeker geen 4 sterren waard.
Hotel is prima als je van eenvoud houdt. Kamers is het hoofdgebouw zijn volgens mij wel goed, maar wij zaten in een bijgebouw wat ronduit slecht was. De eerste kamer zat vol met mieren die zelfs door het bed heen liepen en de douche werkte ook niet. De kamer zag er niet fris uit en zat onder de kalk en de schimmel. Alles was oud. Wij vinden niet dat ze deze kamer nog tegen welke prijs dan ook mogen verhuren! Wij zijn normaal gesproken nooit van het klagen, want zijn gewoon tevreden met een normale kamer als je hier niet teveel voor betaald, maar dit vonden wij echt niet kunnen. Wij zijn meteen gaan klagen, maar werden steeds weggestuurd, omdat de manager er niet was en er geen andere kamers beachikbaar waren. Toen wij er 's nachts achterkwamen dat er zelfs mieren in de bedden lagen,zijn wij weer naar de receptie gegaan. Helaas had het weinig effect. Ik heb toen op de bank geslapen en ben de volgende ochtend direct naar de manager gegaan. De man nam het niet al te serieus. Hij vertelde me dat we niet in de stad leven en er dus mieren bij horen. Ik zei dat ik een mier hier en daar niet zo erg vond, maar dit gewoon niet normaal was en zeker niet als ze ook nog in mijn bed zaten. Ook heb ik hem verteld dat de douche niet werkte en alles heel oud en smerig was en wij naar een andere kamer wilde. Uiteindelijk is het me gelukt. Tweede kamer was zonder mieren, maar nog steeds niet top. Heb hem zelf schoongemaakt toen ging het wel. Ontbijt eenvoudig, maar wel goed. Zwembad heerlijk.

sale, bestiole dans la chambre , loin de réception, aucun moyen de contacté la réception pas tél. ne wifi, ne télévision. la seul chose positive est les personnels très gentille. Je conseil a personne cette hôtel. J'ai passé des vacances vraiment épouvantable. J'ai réservé cette hôtel avec le conseil de votre agent. J'avais pension complet et on a mange tout les jour à midi que pizza ou sandwich. Pendant les repas l'eau été payant. Pendant les 14 jours on a passe tout les jours avec ma fille on a soulte de partir les plus vite possible. J'ai jamais eu des vacances comme ça toute ma vie. Je voulait dis Merci a NIKITA et ANNA.

Das Hotel von aussen gesehen macht mehr her als es in wirklich kein ist. Die Zimner sind fällig zum renovieren. Leider konnten wir nicht richtig Duschen man müsste immer Zeiten anpassen wo möglichst wenige duschen dsmit man Wasser hat. Es war allerdings do das die Mitarbeiter und Besitzer des Hotels sehr freundlich waren und immer bemüht daher war es sehr angenehm in dem Hotel. Würden Sie sich etwas mehr um die Zimmer Instandhaltung kümmern und diese modernisieren und pflegen wäre es ein perfektes Hotel! Das Essen am Abend war super! Es gab zwar keine grosse Auswahl aber sie haben lecker gekocht und die Qualität war echt gut. Das Frühstück am Morgen war immer das gleiche hier könnte man vielleicht noch ein wenig mehr draus machen. Schön war such das zwischendurch BBQ angeboten wurde mit Live Musik. Es war angenehm am Pool. Man müsste wie gesagt nur einiges in die Instandhaltung und Pflege von der gesamten Anlage investieren. Alles in allem kann ich aber sagen das wir uns erholen konnten und Spass hatten.

Séjour en juillet. il faut impérativement une voiture pour se déplacer. piscine sympa mais comme partout se lever très tôt pour "réserver" un transat (si on ne va pas à la plage) car les transats sont pris d'assaut. Petit déj correct mais une nette amélioration à apporter sur l'emplacement car local trop petit surtout avec beaucoup de monde et manque de places à l'ombre sur la terrasse. l’intérieur des chambres est rudimentaire. la salle de bain (baignoire à remous) mérite une rénovation certaine. Climatisation dans la chambre mais s’arrête dès que l'on s'en va (système clé avec carte) idem du coup pour le frigo et toute l’électricité de la chambre. endroit calme. petit centre juste en dessous à 100m. plusieurs bons restos aux alentours, sinon descendre sur Hersonissos le long du port, y'a le choix.

Eenvoudig en prima hotel.
Voor wie op zoek is naar een een fijne slaapplaats en niet erg druk dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Het complex ligt op een berg en je kijkt uit op Hersonissos. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. En alles ziet er prima uit. Al vinden wij de kamers wel toe aan een opknapbeurt. Vooral de badkamer. Alles is prima schoon maar wat gedateerd. Verder zijn de gordijnen in de slaapkamers een halve meter te lang en liggen op de grond. Wat natuurlijk een haard van vuil en stof is. En ze zouden wat ons betreft beter zonwerend mogen zijn. Aan de andere kant kost een verblijf hier absoluut niet de hoofdprijs. Let wel op als je niet goed ter been bent is dit niet een geschikte locatie. Als je geen auto hebt zet men je onder aan de weg af en kun je met je koffers 300 meter een steile weg op schouwen. En dus ook weer als je vertrekt. Verder is Piskiopiano op 5 minuten lopen. Met leuke eettentjes. Het personeel is jong, professioneel en erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze regelen alles voor je. Het ontbijt is prima en niet heel uitgebreid. Kortom zoek je een locatie met een waanzinnig uitzicht, vriendelijk personeel en een aantrekkelijke prijs. Hoeft niet alles top of the bill te zijn? Dan is Amazones Suites een prima keus.

Tof hotel met supervriendelijk personeel.
Was hier 3 dagen in halfpension. Ontbijt is prima. Avondeten zeer lekker. Waarschijnlijk een Griekse gewoonte om heel ruime porties te serveren; onmogelijk om alles te verorberen :-). Zeker een aanrader; prima prijs /kwaliteit-verhouding. Kom zeler terug.

Lovely hotel with up to date facilities
We had a lovely quiet holiday Beautiful pool breakfast every morning unlimited food and juices only problem was steep hills up from piscopiano village perfect if you have a hired car!!!!

Paradise!
This place is amazing! Everything is as one would expect, staff really makes the atmosphere extraordinary. The only downside was the location. The hotel is situated quite high on the hill and if one is on foot, it takes quite a bit of stamina to do the climb. However because of it, the view is absolutely incredible! You made us feel at home, thank you!

Hôtel accueillant, chambre très grande,
Plus qu'une chambre, un petit appartement avec kitchenette; Vue sur la mer imprenable, avec une piscine assez grande, en saison.Personnel très aimable, mais petit déjeûner assez simple malgré son yaourt au miel crètois à tomber !

Goed gelegen hotel, weg van de drukte en toch dicht bij de zee. Het hotel is enkel te bereiken met de wagen maar er zijn gratis parkeerplaatsen voorzien.

Not worth the money at all.
Wonder how Expedia charged us soo much for a full board. I specifically mentioned that we are pure vegeterians...while Expedia team assured that they cater all types of food. We starved without proper food... Eating just bread, butter and potatoes.... For 6 days! It was mentioned near the beach, but it was a very steep hill to climb of 2 km while getting to the hotel. No options for food, standard breakfast with tinned fruits and tinned juices. Expedia looted us for air fare too. We will never ever contact Expedia again... Wrong information, wrong hotel and exorbitant fares. Extremely disappointed.
