Pyrimme jatkuvasti parantamaan tuotteitamme ja palveluitamme, joten tämä on aina arvokasta.Olen todella pahoillani, että huoneene oli ollut kylmä. Voi olla, että huoneen asetukset ovat jääneet edeltävältä majoittujalta viileän puolelle, ja patterit ovat olleet pois päältä. Säätämällä niitä huoneen pitäisi kuitenkin lämmetä, ja vastaanottomme auttaa aina mieluusti. Mitä peittoihin tulee, huoneissamme tulisi olla untuvapeitot, jotka ovat kyllä kovin lämpimät. Tarkistan, että huoneessa on varmasti ollut oikeat peitot.Aamiasellemme saattaa sunnuntaisin syntyä hieman jonoa etenkin klo 9-10 aikaan, kun suurin osa asiakkaista saapuu samoihin aikoihin. Pyrimme kuitenkin saamaan jonoa mahdollisimman pikaisesti aina purettua, jotta jonottaa ei tarvitsisi muutamaa minuuttia kauempaa. Ymmärrän, että aamaiselle mentäessä kaikki minuutit ovat arvokkaita.Toivon, että näistä seikoista huolimatta saisimme teidät uudelleen toivottaa tervetulleiksi, jotta voisimme näyttää mitä voimme parhaillamme tarjota.
