The rail in the pool is very loose. It is a safety issue. I would have somebody fix that.

Nice stay!
We had a nice stay at this Country Inn & Suites for a few days while visiting Hershey and Harrisburg. It was a nice location for exploring both areas. Our room faced the highway and while we could hear the traffic, it did not impact our sleep or anything. The one-bedroom suite we had was spacious and comfortable, and perfect for traveling with our toddler. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was fine, and we enjoyed the pool. Would recommend.

Bathtub drain plug didnt work, drawer under the tv was broke, mold growing near the mini fridge. Had a cockroach climbing on the wall, beds were uncomfortable (personal opinion). Will not be staying here again and I highly recommend looking at other hotels in the area because this one is not worth it.

I stayed for 6 days and they didn’t clean my room once. I asked three times. They said they clean after 3 days. They didn’t clean ever. They also had a home-made sign in the breakfast area saying no children. No wasting food. I could tell the waffle batter was watered down. I overall feel that they were uncommitted to their customers
