We reserved a room with a jacuzzi and fireplace. Upon arrival, we saw that the fireplace was not working. While we went out for dinner, a staff person said they would fix it. When we returned, the staff person said he could not fix it, but that there was another room with a fireplace and jacuzzi that we could move to. We packed up all our belongings to move to the other room, only to find it was already occupied and staff had given us keys to an occupied room!
We returned to our room and unpacked again. We were disappointed we paid for an amenity that did not work.
The next day the manager offered for us to have that same occupied room once those guests left, but since we had already gone through the work to pack all of our belongings once, we did not move.
