We loved that it had a pool and hot tub. Not sure why the Sauna would not turn on though. As we brought our three grandkids it was an extra lovely bonus to have a continentel breakfast included. We definatly would go again if we get the chance.

our stay was terrible because of noise.. there were lots of kids in our level and bunch of kids in second level and they made noises till midnight. Breakfast was very very basic too. property was very clean and organized

The ONLY thing I didnt like was the noise. The closing of peoples doors was very loud, especially as I was trying to fall asleep. I had read the reviews and that was a complaint from a lot of other people. I thought id be okay because its winter, not busy, and because I sleep with a white noise app. It was still loud and woke me up a few times. Other than that, everything was great. Guy at the desk was super nice, location was convenient, breakfast was decent, rooms were clean and spacious.

"I really enjoyed staying at that hotel, it had a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere like a small spa resort. However, it was a bit inconvenient that there was no restaurant nearby and nothing within walking distance that you may require. On the bright side, the hotel provided basic amenities like toothbrushes and other essential items in case you forget to pack them. The breakfast was simple, but it didn't include eggs. So make sure you have a car and you are all set"

The property looked relatively new, so it was pretty clean. Very basic styling yet well-maintained. It seems to have about 20 rooms, and I’d say only five of them were filled the night I was there, so I would’ve appreciated it if the Concierge had spread us out a little bit more. Instead, I had people right above me, and they were stomping around, which really stood out because of the poor sound insulation. I highly recommend asking for a suite on the second floor to avoid the same problem. The water hasn’t been treated or softened, so might be coming from a Well. As a result, you’ll struggle to get the soap off your body and out of your hair. Otherwise, a good experience.

We had a great experience. The place was exactly as advertised. Free water and a couple of pop in the mini fridge was an added touch. Microwave in the room was handy. Absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Extremely clean and safe. Various numbers, hospital, front desk, cab company, and a couple of choices of restaurants pre-programmed in the room telephone was a fantastic surprise as was direct hospital number in the pool area. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Worth checking out this place!
We would highly recommend Dreamz Inn. Very very clean and friendly. My husband and I came for our 22nd Anniversary and are already planning on coming back for our 23rd. The only complaint would be is that we were disappointed there weren't waffles for breakfast.

Unique facility. Grounds are extremely well maintained and the entire Inn is spotless. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Workout room, pool, hot tub and sauna very clean and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. Short drive to Goderich. Highly recommend Dreams Inn and would stay there again.

The Dreamz Inn is a quiet retreat a short drive outside of Goderich. The staff is very friendly and polite. The continental breakfast included was good but there were no waffles as advertised (probably due to low occupancy at the hotel when we were there). Overall a good place to stay.

I had really really high expectations going into my stay here, since the reviews are glowing. I’ll start with the pros: - extremely clean property, this is one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in this price point. - pool is wonderful, very quiet, clean, and you can watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. - complimentary pop was a nice touch The cons: - I didn’t find the staff were kind. I was alone with my kids, they didn’t offer to help me when I was struggling with bags, I found every encounter was very curt and short and if I asked for something (like garbage bags) it felt like I was an inconvenience. - the soundproofing is atrocious. I could hear every step above me. I could hear a baby crying through the walls, people walking down the halls. I stay at a lot of hotels and I’ve never ever experienced this. We were also on the first floor facing the parking lot, which has bright lights and just felt weird because I didn’t want to open the curtains (at one point I did, and then a man stood at the window talking loudly on his phone). - the breakfast was fine, the kids loved having fruit loops every morning

The grounds on this property are well maintained with lots of plants and shrubs as well as sitting areas to sit outdoors. Rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. This is a small facility so no noice issues We would certainly recommend this motel
