We are always happy to move your room or send an employee up to fix the issues in your room, if you are not happy. We love to have a chance to make it right. We are very sorry about the noise. We are a very busy hotel and noise can sometimes be an issue. If there is however a room with excessive noise, we are always happy to call or visit the room and follow up on noise complaints. It is usually resolved easily. Thank you again for taking the time to express your concerns and for choosing to stay with us.

The staff was very nice and professional. This hotel was highly rated, but i am not sure how. The hotel was booked full on a Wednesday night and was very noisy. The walls seemed to be thin and you could hear the TV on both sides of my room. The room was dirty. There was hair on the sheets and on the bathroom sink. There was an old grape under the chair, and there was writing on the mirror near the bathroom that was not cleaned off. The writing appeared to be done with soap. Lastly, the room had an odor of a sweaty man. This room reminded me of a Motel 6, not a La Quinta. Disappointing.

No TV! We did not have TV connectivity. Contacted front desk, who said they would send maintenance. Waited until after 9 pm, no maintenance or call from front desk. Let morning desk clerk know when we checked out and they could have cared less!

Could have been a great stay
The room itself # 327 was a nice size and furnished well. Liked being on the upper floor and at the end of the hall. Check in was fast and personnel friendly. But when we walked into the room, there was an overpowering smell the best I can describe as "wet animal" aroma. The hotel does allow pets so I guess its possible from previous occupants. Had to go buy some air freshener to spray, but didn't really work because it seemed to permeate from the air coming from the A/C. We stayed only one night so we dealt with it. Had it been a longer stay I would have requested a different room. Would I stay again, sure, the price was decent, the room was good size and breakfast was adequate.

Short overnight say. Arrived late so I dont have much to say. Served its purpose. A shower and a comfortable bed. Hotel could use some maintenance otherwise it was overall ok.

My only complaint is not the hotels fault. There were kids running up and down the halfway at night screaming. Then the dogs barked. Hard to sleep when that is happening.
