The gum is a joke, pool is outside and the room was not serviced. Too expensive for the area.

The only thing i have to complain about is how many trailers were taking up the already pretty small parking lot, but thats really no ones fault. Staff was friendly and amazing, the roon was fantastic, and the cleanliness was spick and span!

There were many people shouting, slamming car doors, and overall being loud in halways, after 10pm, making my family have a difficult time sleeping. The check-in process was completely different that the other 4 check-ins we'd done through Expedia on this trip. We love Hampton and choose them quite often, I like using the Expedia app for booking our stays, however the checkin process should be the same at each of the stays.

Outstanding stay in Forrest City, AR.
We prefer to stay at Hampton Inn properties when we travel. This is the first time that we stayed at this location. The service was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and the staff kept the food line well stocked. The manager of the hotel stopped by during breakfast to say hello and asked if everything was OK. It has been awhile since this has happened.

The bed sheets appeared to not have been replaced with new ones, as there were various hair and impurities. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, and there were dried food particles stuck to the furniture in the room. It was the worst hotel experience I've had so far

not a 9.0 stay. Elevator out. Way too many computer printed signs. Not enough handicap parking. Bathroom vanity was chipped and beat up. Bed was a little firm. Breakfast was barely ok, oatmeal raw (worker said they put it in the pot at 5:30) but they did not cook it. If I had paid $50.00 it would have been fine but I paid almost 4 times that. I expect much more. I also expect a much better internet, my phone is faster than the pay $5 internet. Please improve.
