We do apologise for inconveniencing you with having to change rooms. That is not what we like to have happen to our guests. We don't provide face washers but can offer an extra hand towel to be used as such along with a hair dryer. We do have them for our geusts but keep them in the office for those who need one, you only have to ask.

Hi Scott.Thank you for the feedback.Yes the walls are thin but unfortunately I cannot do much regarding that one. As for the issue of the smell of drugs, did you mention it to management at the time so that they can investigate and possible move the guests out of the venue? As we do not sit upstairs and monitor the guests at all times, we rely on feedback from guests so we can fix the issues. We prefer that you speak to management and give us a chance to rectify as opposed to giving a bad review for something that we can fix.

If you are referring to the housekeeping, and from what I understand there was a couple if issues, then that is done by an external company and I will pass on your comments to them.

Good Morning, Thank you for making a review for your recent stay at the Night Cap Findon Hotel, you had booked a room in a 3 star hotel and our base room, We do have available much larger rooms with much larger bathrooms if you wish to book one of those at a different rate of course. Our passageway can become squeaking or noisy if guests do not walk normally in the hallways and rooms, our curtains do have a see through blind as well as a block out it needs to be pulled across as it is left open for the natural light. We always value feedback from our guests as it allows us to give a better service. Thank you again
