An overnight en route. Convenient to the motorway, though a little hard to find. Rooms were clean and nice to breakfast by the pool. B’fast buffet was typically lots of cake, and okay rather than great. Parking lot and pet friendly :)

The rooms had comfortable mattresses, good bed linen, good shower system. We enjoyed good breakfast and lovely caring staff. We will return for sure. We stayed 3 months as extended family.

Close to Airport
Fiano Romano is a short distance from the airport and a great stopover for a long overnight flight. The hotel was lovely, accommodation very comfortable, the restaurant accommodating and the pool inviting. We lovers our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

At check in we were given a standard room & I had booked a suite. When I said it was the wrong room & was told to go back to reception to get the key to the correct room. The ‘suite’ was simply a bedroom & bathroom, hardly a suite. When went out & looked for somewhere else to eat as the dining room was full with people off a bus, and the staff didn’t appear to be coping too well. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars, I have stayed in 3 star hotels that were far superior.

Friendly, Helpful Hotel of the Motorway
The staff were WONDERFUL. We checked in very late, and were helpfully upgraded to a larger room. In the morning, I had to catch a train to The FCO Airport, and one of the staff members made me an espresso than drove me to the station, helped me by the right ticket and directed me to the correct platform. They were all really, really lovely.

It does the job
The hotel’s not attractive but the rooms are spacious and clean with nice facilities. The pool has seen better days but is clean. Food is mediocre but fine. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. It’s perfect for a stop en route.

We stayed at this hotel just to be close to the airport so that we could easily return our car rental and fly home the following day. For that purpose, this hotel was perfect. The drive to the airport was only about 40 minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, and the breakfast, for just an extra 3 Euros, was great. The only downside was that the area was really not very attractive, and finding an appealing restaurant outside of the hotel was a challenge. But again, for our purposes, this was the perfect place to stay without spending a lot of money.

Black-out hôtel.
Good overnight stop. Friendly staff. There was a blackout for 5 hours , so couldn’t use the lifts.

High speed internet never worked! TV picture froze all the time. Coffee cups in the room very thin clear plastic while saucers were china!

A great nights stay!
Stayed for 1 night whilst in the area on business. Check in was great, super efficient and friendly. I was given a suite (room 43) which was superb, the room was clean and very comfortable. I chose to dine in the restaurant, the service was exceptional and the food delicious. I especially recommend the Tiramisu! I am sure that I will be back in the area again in the future, and wound hesitate to book again!

1st night poor. our bed was a sofa although we had paid for upgraded room. couldn't move till next day as hotel full. 2nd night room good. Hotel very busy with coach parties not nearly enough staff on duty. Our group was made up of two couples. At dinner we all ordered at the same time. One dinner arrived and had time to be eaten completely before the other three arrived. Not at all satisfactory. Would not recommend

Comfortable stay outside of Rome.
A little far from central Rome, but a comfortable stay. Breakfast was minimalist, only redeemed by fresh oranges, but dinner was reasonable, with a menu at €32. You need a car to reach the location, as it is not near easy rail or bus connections.

Best Best Western hotel
Booked this hotel as a last minute decision. Left our last hotel early because it was not our cup of tea. We wanted more comfort and found it in this hotel. We were on a 2 week holiday travelling around Italy. This was the best hotel out of the 5 hotels that we stayed in.

Nice spot in a mostly working class neighborhood
We chose this hotel for its location along our route from Rome to Orvieto. We were expecting to arrive late from the U.S. after a long flight and just wanted a place to sleep and go the next morning. This hotel exceeded those expectations. It was a lovely little oasis within a quiet working class neighborhood that seems to cater to mostly groups of tourists and business people. Lovely staff. Well appointed rooms. A great value. Dinner was nice as well.

Good hotel close to Rome
Great experience. Very nice and friendly staff, good breakfast Italian/American. The only critic I have is the pool wasn't clean. We extended our stay at this hotel while we were traveling.

This was a last minute addition to our trip and a wise one. We took the suite for $5.00 more and it was very nice. Large room. The fodd at the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Good value for money
Stayed here 1 night on the way back from southern Italy. We had a superior room and it was huge! We ate in the restaurant and the food was good as was breakfast the following morning. Would stay here again really good value for the money.

Stayed here overnight on the way back from the south of Italy. The room was one of the biggest I have ever stayed in and so was the bathroom. We booked a superior room. Hotel was not easy to find Sat Nav took us to somewhere different. Breakfast next day was good. Would recommend and stay here again.

We only needed to stay in this hotel one night and we were glad. This is an old hotel that is located right next to the Autostrada, but there is not much else around. We had to drive 30 minutes to find a place to eat. The room was clean but everything was very old: carpet, curtains, duvet, etc. They do have a pool, bar and restaurant but we did not use any of them. Overall it is an ok place to stay if you're just passing through and need a place to sleep.

Good hotel for an overnight stay
Ours was a quick stop over just so we could see friends and it was conveniently located. If you want to use it to see Rome then it is probably less convenient. We chose it because we thought a Best Western was a safe bet and it turned out to be a good, clean, comfortable hotel.

Beautiful hotel but
The hotel is lovely, our first room was beautiful, salt-water pool, the food was great but it took a lot of time, all the staff dressed as that of a five star hotel and very courteous until you needed something. Web site said guarded parking from Monday to Thursday but was not. Room didn?t have information about hotel or surrounding area. Suite had very comfortable bed regular room not so great. Didn't like how they assumed what you wanted and didn't want. Given room different than reserved on line, a suite, desk said maid not there to change. The a/c wasn't working in room or the building, asked for 2 nights why answer it takes time but never cooled. Third night finally moved to room reserved with working a/c. The next day when checking out was charged 36 euro more per day. When I mentioned how hot it was in the room the answer was it is cool to us that live here. The room was over 30 degrees Celsius in the room, it was much cooler outside at night.
