Good for the price
The price was right and overall a nice place to stay. A few suggestions...could use floor coverings, floors are very cold also the floors were quite dirty by the look of our socks after walking around. Secondly, there is a large gap under the door letting smells, sounds, light, and drafts into the room. The bed was comfortable, the hvac great. The lighting was very dim and the studio could of used additional seating aside from the table and bed. Again overall, I would stay here again but just a few upgrades would make stays much better.

Probably won't be back.
The room was comfortable but I cannot understand why the "kitchenette" that I rented did not have anything remotely related to kitchen use except a full-sized refrigerator which I very much appreciated. Missing were: cups, plates, flatware, teabags, coffee, etc. Fortunately we had one cup and teabags with us so I was able to have some tea in the morning before we left.

Muy sucio y con fuga de agua !!!!
Mala experiencia en ese lugar,se nota que es un hotel viejo,con uno nuevo ,, el lugar nuevo se ve que hicieron renovación o algo por el estilo pero todo mal ,apenas llegamos a la habitación abrimos una llave de agua y empezó a salir agua y se inundó el piso de la habitación ! Fuimos dos veces a hablar con recepción, para decir lo sucedido, el joven estaba solo y era entendible que no podía dejar su lugar de trabajo solo,el fue siempre muy amable y le agradezco!! No se si había falta de personal pero los baños estaban muy sucios !!! Bueno volviendo al tema de la habitación inundada,, el encargado nos cambio de habitación después de una hora más o menos esperando pero fue peor la habitación estaba sucia el baño horrible con papeles en el inodoro ,,, fuimos denuevo a recepción !!! Nos volvió a dar otra habitación pero fue peor la verdad horrible !!!! Para hacer el cuento corto “!! Nos tuvimos que quedar a dormir en la primera habitación inundada ya que no había otra y ya a estas alturas era ya casi media noche !!!!! El de recepción vino limpio el piso ,,, y puso algo abajo del lavamanos para contener el agua y bueno eso no se podía usar !!!! Deberían por lo menos hacer una rebaja del hotel porque no valió la pena pagar ese dinero después de tanto mal rato ahí !! De cambiar 3 veces habitación para terminar en la primera !!!! Un caos !!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is just not up to par. They are under construction now so updating some areas which is good. Waking up to pounding and banging is a little inconvenience but not too bad considering they are making improvements that are much needed. The bathroom and fixtures are old and not very clean. The towels that are sometimes left are filthy stained and should be thrown out. The restaurant is closed and breakfast is a bag meal but I don't typically eat there so it was not an issue for me. The outside door near my room kept getting blocked open with a stone but after I reported that to the staff, they were concerned and were checking on it. I stayed in a regular room and have complained in the past that it is difficult to work at the desk due to no outlets and this time there was a lamp that had an outlet, which I appreciated. Strange that there was a brand new full size refrigerator in the room. Not sure why since the only other amenity was the microwave but it was nice having access to a clean and spacious location to save the items I brought to the room. Price is good but some of these small things make a difference.

The staff was awesome but the hotel is definitely dated, a bit run down and in need of updates. It did look like they are making some changes while we were there though so thats good.

Part of the hotel was under construction. There was no signs on the outside doors warning of this and directing people to the other entrance. Accidently walked into the construction zone due to this and had difficulty finding my room. Additionally entrance was completely around the back of the building in a more secluded area.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. Some areas are a bit grimy e.g. with the foot traffic of workers. My room was clean, warm and comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Location super convenient to Corning. Yummy cafe across the street JELLY BEANS

Lousy lousy service crossroads dirty birds with her staying lean and was like 50 or or you can see through the twin comforters for a lump lump mattress was all like a hammock and cleanliness wise it was so gross. washroom very dirty everywhere black mould red stains in the tub around the tub in the toilet bowl all the black marks and it wasn’t clean at all washroom sink was so gross all the red marks and green and all that when you brush or open the tab tab post girls I have pictures of everything watered won’t drain in the tub sink for at least two minutes if you’re brushing your teeth all the gang is floating around now next comes to the furniture all the tables night tables lamps Drach phone TV feed feed the girls not cleaned at all I hope pictures for all of them and TV never work for three days not a single channel Was on.

Disappointing
The man I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. No one on site was. Both the man on the phone and signs in the lobby told us that we would receive free breakfast sandwiches in the bag breakfast, but we didn’t any of our 3 mornings there. No one cleaned our room or replaced towels. The pool was FREEZING even though it was hot outside. There was remodeling junk everywhere. The room doors slammed SOO loudly and we seemed to be the only guests who made an effort to close them quietly. There was no trash can in the bathroom. All in all, it was very disappointing.

I give 2 stars only for the reason that the rooms were painted new. Everything else were a real let down. Too dirty walk ways, and i think the facility is currently being renovated. When we entered the room, it was hot as a Arizona desert. The air conditioner unit was way too old and it took a good 2 hours to cool the room down to 72F. We were damn tired and so decided to use the room anyways. No fridge and oven and that is somewhat okay. However the high speed wi Fi as they advertised never exists. We did not even get 1 bar wi fi connection in the room. There was just one power outlet for the whole room and there was no room light other than a small table side lamp that lit the room dull. There was one more corner lamp which was unplugged and when i attempted to plug it , the power socket came out of the wall. The whole building looked like some set property for a horror movie. The paint smell was too much to bear and i was afraid i will get some allergy. We waited for the early morning and ran out of the room checking out. Did not attempt the breakfast reading the already numerous poor reviews. Absolute trash facility and I recommend everyone to avoid this at all cost. The receptionist is friendly but that did not help ease the stay in any way. Stayed there for just 1 night !

They’re under renovation. There were dirty mattresses at the entrance. Our mattress was stained badly. There was a dirty towel behind the toilet. Either they missed it or the toilet was leaking. They toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the shower either. The shower slowly filled as you were showering. Paint overspray all over everything, carpets ,tables ,hangers ect.

Don't stay here!
It was horrible! They are renovating the hotel and it was a mess. They do not have a buffet breakfast, it was a frozen egg sandwich with a fruit cup and a bottle of orange juice. They do not clean the room during your stay. The gym is closed, the bar and restaurant are too! The parking lot has many potholes. The furniture was old, the bathroom was nasty and I had a renovated room!

Took our kids on a trip touring the different falls. Drove 35 mins to this hotel for It to be gross. I was looking for a little cheap and they were cheaper but I’d have rather spent way less and got a motel for the same condition. Hair in our bed. Hotel it’s self wasn’t nice. To get to our room the floors were filthy as well as the walls. Made me nervous walking to our room. That our room was going to be worse, where my kids were going to sleep. Property was very misleading online. I wouldn’t have spent the money I did if I’d have known it would look like that. Breakfast was frozen Jimmy dean sausages sandwiches. Not the breakfast they advertised. Not impressed. Just get a motel if you’re looking at this hotel

OK stay.
Pros: Clean rooms, nice staff. Cons: being renovated so expect some work noise. Room Doors don't have dampers, so they slam hard and wake you up. they are understaffed so don't expect daily cleaning. and Breakfast is non existent unless you'll settle for a granola bar, and cold coffee.

This hotel is in dire need of a renovation. We reserved two rooms, and both were dirty, particularly the sinks and bathtubs, which not only had stains, but also the kind of grime that builds up when it hasn't been scrubbed in weeks. The rooms smelled of smoke. The public areas were dirty and worn, and the outdoor areas were bleak and poorly maintained.
