Very nice and clean room with a kitchenette with eat-in table and a sofa area separated from the sleeping area with a partial wall. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning. Clerk was not very friendly but he did process our check-in quickly. A Mao would have been nice to find our room in the back. Location is good and close to several restaurants (most on the other side of I-10 but easy to drive to).

The property was direct on the freeway with only 1 panel windows. Between the cars, refrigerator, and air-conditioning, we could not sleep. Their advertised pool was demolished, literally a whole. Front desk staff was not friendly, not helpful. Breakfast ok.

The rooms were real spacious & comfortable, i enjoyed my stay & the area but some of the bed sheets were dirty/unclean & that wasnt very comforting but thats my only complaint

The maintenance on the room we stayed wasn't that good. The light that is on top of the sink was flickering and the water faucet was missing the handle.

The stay was awesome I didn't even know we had a kitchen big plus with kids on thing that didn't work was tub stopper so kids had to shower instead of a bath. I loved the breakfast options. Will stay here for sure in future

The room layout was awesome, very clean. Housekeeping “misplaced” a few of our baby’s items that were packed away, so we opted out of room tidying for the remainder of our stay. Breakfast was minimal, so plan for breakfast elsewhere if you care. Our keys had to be reset daily for some reason, which was annoying, but overall we enjoyed EP.

Staff was so friendly and was able to help with anything we needed. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Got a call immediately after entering our room to see if everything was okay and working. My favorite thing is the fact that they had a full sized fridge rather than a little one. Stove was convenient as well, was able to go grocery shopping and cook to save money. Thank you Ramada!

Our experience at the Ramada El Paso was excellent and just what we expected and wanted. We were on a long drive with two large dogs. The hotel was very dog-friendly and we were given an end room, which was convenient for us. We would stay again!

The microwave did not work the bedding was old and shabby and the room looked nothing like the ad... they were doing maintenance which was fine but definitely, how do you say too little too late

Certainly, this has become my favorite place. I would highly recommend this to anyone. The staff, especially the supervisors are superb. Obviously appears like they care about guests and most of all care about the amenities as well as the facility. Once again, this has become my favorite place of all time.
