The "breakfast included" means they serve terrible coffee and 2 year old granola bars; not breakfast. The wifi doesn't work, when I told the front desk they made me call a 3rd party company that took over an hour and fixed nothing. The place smells musty and moldy. The room is no better than a $40 roadside motel with a larger fridge. Constant banging and squeaky floor boards keep you up ALL night. This place is a joke, save your money and sleep in the car. You'd be more comfortable than this dump.

My husband and I loved our stay here! Very quiet and safe feeling. Victoria was great and so professional at check in. We were so surprised to find out they have pots, pans and dishes upon request.

Room and hallway smelt bad. I had to wipe down the desk and the cloth was brown after wiping. The headrest on the bed had very noticeable cat scratches. The air conditioner/heater had broken parts and the window would not stay open. Microwave was dirty and fridge was very old and worn out. For a lower price I wouldn't be as dissatisfied, but for almost $100 a night that is just unacceptable.

We could hear running for hours above us. The hall smelling like trash and smoking. Things in the room look over used (fridge, tub and night stand). People were standing right at the front door smoking, not great to walk through on the way in.

Property and room were clean and in very good shape. Staff at check in was v very good. This hotel had many "permanent" residents. Gab and go "breakfast" was lacking. This hotel has no ice machine and all vending machines were out of order.

The hotel is on-par with what I expected for the price point. The staff was friendly. The room was clean but not new. It was odd there wasn't any shampoo, but they said they didn't get a shipment. Internet was fast and they had a nice desk to work from.

This place is nothing like advertised. You get a stovetop, no cups or anything. Not clean, beds are horrible, the shower was extremely slippery, almost fell in it. I believe its a welfare hotel

No dine-in or continental breakfast; just grab and go (coffee, tea, oatmeal, packaged muffins, granola bars). Last time we had grab and go breakfast at a hote was during first year of Covid times. Expedia, please update your info settings to “Breakfast-not included”. Hotel would get 5 stars if included sit-down breakfast and serve eggs. Also, no cleaning of room unless you request maid service, and by that you have to pay. Understandable if conserving water and resources, but having to pay extra for taking out garbage and new towels? Really. Otherwise, okay but probably not go again due to lack of breakfast.

It did the trick but there was nothing remarkable about the hotel. It was nice that it was pet friendly. And the woman at the guest desk was very nice. However, the other guests staying there were incredibly rude and noisy. And even though it was non- smoking I was constantly smelling cigarette smoke.
